Excellent Customer Service and great deals

I was missing a couple of parts for my car. I had been looking everywhere for a reasonable deal but was coming up short for months. The owner not only looked for the parts and kept me updated but also came to my house to replace them for me. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg for going above and beyond he gave me an awesome deal on the parts and service. He was nice, polite, and very helpful. Overall, the service and experience itself was fantastic. I definitely recommend doing business with this company.

A Fair Deal helped me with with my used car when the dealership offered too little for trade it. Justin came to my location within 30 minutes of calling him and was able to find an excellent solution for us the same day. He was efficient, polite, and very knowledgeable. I felt completely taken care of and would absolutely recommend A Fair Deal for anyone who needs help buying or selling a used car. They are very trustworthy and reliable.

Came in with oil and a filter and for a little more then 10$ and about 10 minutes I was on the road again. Very helpful staff, kind and knowledgeable. If I am ever down in Florida again. I will decently come back to get work done.

I LOVE FAIR DEAL AUTOMOTIVE!!! while I was driving to Miami from Georgia, my car broke down in Gainesville Fl. I had it towed to pep boys and they hooked it up to a michanie that read that I needed a new engine. They didn't even look in the car them selves to see if I really need one.Mind you I just got a new engine last year so it was hard for me to believe that u needed a new one already. Pep boys told me that it'll be around 5,000 for everything to get done. I was crying so hard, So I called fair deal automotive and Tiffany answered the phone her voice was soothing and she calmed me down and was sweet as could be. I told her my situation and she told me to come over and they'll have a look at it. They took me in like family. Since I was from Georgia I had no where to stay in Gainesville and had no car so they kindly drove me to a hotel while they looked at my car. The next day it turns out that I did not need a new motor. I'm so happy they took the time to look at it in detail instead of going by what some machine said. It turned out that all I needed done was my timing belt and my head gadget which cost me around $800 dollars for parts and labor now that's a FAIR DEAL! They truly care about their customers and on top of that Tiffany gave me her personal phone number so she can update me on my car progress. They are truly here to help their customers and not to take their money. God bless yall and thank you again!

Def A Fair Deal!!! Very happy with these guys. Sometimes dealing with businesses like mechanic shops we forget people can be fair and we just worry about whether they are telling the truth or not and these guys def remind you that you can find a nice place to have a peace of mind even in a bad situation like when your car breaks down! If you're searching for a mechanic who is trustworthy and knowledgeable look no further. I just had the best auto repair experience of my life at A Fair Deal. Justin and his crew took care of my car's major problems in 36 hours (even with parts that had to be ordered). He was very patient going over the projected costs, and I know the total was half of what the dealer's service department would have charged me. I definitely feel like he treated my car just like he would have treated his own. Couldn't be more pleased.

Never in a million years did I think I'd say the following words....'I can't wait till my car needs service again!!!!' Justin is professional, fair, honest, knowledgeable, etc. . . I was TOTALLY impressed. In addition - During casual conversation I happened to mention that I needed to get a new driver's seat in the future because 2 mechanics had looked at it and said the seat motor was bad. A very short time later as we were discussing general car maintenance he said "oh by the way...I took your front car seat out and fixed the problem. It wasn't a bad motor, there was something on the track. I cleaned it all up and it works like new". I could go on and on......he is truly heaven sent.( And very pleasant to look at )
