I had to bring my car here for body and mechanical repair. SMC was quick with the fix and worked directly with my insurance company. I received updates through phone calls during the three days my car was in-shop. However, when I picked up my car I noticed a strange noise- similar to a playing card clipped to a bicycle tire. I called them and they asked me to come back for a test drive to point it out. The gentlemen were very helpful and courteous and half a day later, all was well. The service was friendly and honest.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Earlier in the year, I brought my car in for an estimate and could not believe how rude the appraiser was. It amazes me how people in the customer service business can be so horrible and keep their jobs. The appraiser talked to us as if we were 5 years old and yelled at me for touching the car!! News flash - ITS MY CAR!! Then continued to talk down to us as we asked about the repair and insurance process. Bottom line is the appraiser was arrogant and not helpful at all - if you want to be treated with respect DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have known about this garage for 30+ years, I knew the original owner and he was known for doing great bodywork. When I recently hit a truck tire on the turnpike with our 2008 Odyssey, I started looking around for shops. This was one that my insurance company listed as preferred (which of course made me leery). I spoke with a family friend who was an insurance adjuster and he assured me that they were very good and that he took his personal cars there when needed. Also they offered a free loaner, nothing fancy but free. I was very pleased with the service, the car looked great and they did some extra work on the side for me (fix a small previous dent) for a very fair price. Very professional, good communications, and car ready when promised. Don't be fooled by how fancy a place looks on the outside, it is all about the people on the inside doing the work!

I had a car accident this winter and I went to them for an estimate. Their total for parts and labor was over $4000. When I asked if I could do the repair in stages (so I could split my cost over a few weeks), they said that everything had to be done. The estimate for the car repair was free, but they charge per day storage fee. I repaired my car at a different place for $1500.It ended up that a few of the parts that they had put down to be replaced were in good condition.

They charge your storage fee a LOT! They said they put your car indoor but actually outdoor, and charge you a full day fee even if you send your car to them at 4pm. If you argue with them about this, they are yelling at you!!! Never think of this garage any more.
