This is my first experience with Mike's. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with Adam who was knowledgeable and upfront about everything. I needed some repair with my back bumper and Adam took pictures of my car, ordered the parts right away, and did a seamless repair in 3 days. He even called me the second morning and kept me updated regarding the process of the repair. I was shocked by the low quote he gave me for the Range Rover parts.They truly go above and beyond for their customers. This is as great as a car repair experience can be.

Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. They've obviously been asked by the owner to write the reviews (as he tried to ask me). The customer service of this place is ridiculous. Very rude employees and the boss doesn't give a sh*t about how his employee talks to customers.

I had to get my car fixed due to someone hitting my car. The insurance company referred this place & I'll always come here now.
They had a rental waiting for me when I got there & were very hospitable, not to mention did a great job! They also had the rental company pick up the rental at the repair shop, super easy & professional :)

I dreaded dealing with being rear ended but the guys at Mike's made it as easy as possible. Finn pre-ordered the parts needed so my time without a car would be minimal. He gave a best and worst case scenario-needing additional repairs once the bumper was removed. He was ahead of the process in communication to me and with my insurance company. Car was repaired as promised, which is what I'd expect.
What I didn't expect was a ride to the train by a nice clean technician, having my car practically detailed inside and out. Another nice benefit was that Finn handled everything with the insurance company, saving me long hold times.
My insurance adjuster was pleased that I had selected Mike's and I understand why. Great job, guys!

Went to Mike's after I was involved in a minor car accident.
The staff was very friendly and they had my car done in 3 business days! The car came back looking good as new. They even stayed open a little later so I could get my car after work.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone that needs auto work done. They are professional, efficient and they don't overcharge for the work that needs to be done.

I had someone smash into my car in the middle of the night and knock the whole trunk of my civic coupe into itself. Mike's was recommended by my insurance company and they were close by so I chose them, and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and also help re-connect my front bumper (my dealership used non-honda issued clips so neither my front nor rear bumper stayed connected properly.) My car came out looking better than it did even before my accident, and my insurance and Mike's took care of it so I wasn't stressed out at all. I'll definitely go back to have more service done in the future-but hopefully I won't have to.

I was in a bit on a jam, low of funds, they worked with me, and got my truck back on the road looking like brand new. They take their time to make sure the vechile is in top shape and ready to go.

brought my car here a few months ago, wouldn't recommend this place as they did a bad job on my honda, there are much better options out there. do a google search of auto bodies in your surrounding area, read their reviews, and then decide. I would go with the most and best amount of reviews. I should have done this before i went to these guys but unfortunately i didn't because they were close by.

worst place i have ever gone too. could not of asked for worse service then i have already received. i feel so chipped and unhappy about my car that i feel i have to vent out all this frustration that i have from this horrible place of a car repair place
i just recently got into a car accident and needed to get my suv back door fixed. they sounded good, when i first got there. ensuring me that everything will be taken care off and how they will also fix two dents that i have in the front with no charge. the car would be fixed within 2 weeks for the longest.
little did i know it took them over a month. that is just ridiculous. and every time i called them they would have some lame excuse saying that it was due to the storm that they had, so it took a little longer. they never call me back like they keep saying they would. PLEASE ANYONE WITH A WRECK CAR NEVER COME HERE. please i say anyone with a car please stay clear from this place. i have to call them so often chasing them around asking them whats happening with my car.
the front desk has the worse customer service, they do not answer questions and the guy hardly knows anything hes saying. his name is fran or fan along with another gentlemen leonardo who usually answers the phone. i assure you anyone who brings your car in for service is gonna come out with a butch up job and end up unhappy with there car. as if having to deal with insurance wasn't already hell of a problem but to have to deal with guys who only want money from the insurance company
i doubt that they even called in for a new part for the back door, and just ended up knocking the dent back in. in no way is this place professional at all, there was some indian guy who sat at the counter, and was rude to us when we first entered the store to finally get out car back. i should have stayed cleared from this place once i knew you had to walk down to their office. i can almost guarantee that they took the whole $4000 from insurance and just kept the whole money for their own personal paycheck. for sure they will never see me ever again or have anyone i know be referred to their place.
