Had a really horrible experience with this place. I had an emergency where I needed to replace a tire and brought my car in because they were closer than the place I usually go. The actual charge for the tire was not bad, but they did a lot of other work, which I didn't ask for and charged a ridiculous amount for replacing wiper blades and changing the oil. Not recommended, especially if you are a woman.

My car is a 2002 Buick Park Avenue Ultra. My car's tires would often lose air and I didn't know why. Another thing I didn't know is this auto shop, but on impulse when passing it I decided to bring my car in for their inspection. The result was perfect. When Jonathan first inspected my tires he pointed out to me that they were not very good ones. I told him that this did not surprise me, because the place that used to replace my tires whenever one went flat must have used cheap tires, thinking that they were doing me a favor and saving me money, when quite the opposite was the case. Jonathan and his crew, in particular his mechanic named Kieron, then replaced all of my crappy tires with excellent quality Michelin Defender tires. Not only that, but he and Kieron also figured out the reason, or at least one reason, that my tires would characteristically lose air: the chrome on my rims was flaking. Jonathan called around but could not find replacement rims for the make and model of my car so he suggested sanding off the chrome and painting the rims a silver color. By this point I trusted him completely and told him to go ahead and do it, even though I had never heard of this phenomenon. That evening when I got home I looked online to see whether flaking chrome rims can cause air pressure loss in tires and found out that, indeed, this does happen. This discovery confirmed for me that 2 in 1 Tire & Auto Center, which is also known as Irving Auto Repair Center, is an honest and competent shop. The work that Jonathan and his crew did on the rims was meticulous and my car rides better than ever now, with great tires that keep their air pressure as well as beautiful, non-flaking rims.
Update (November 25, 2015): My tires continue to provide an excellent ride, but I found out that one of them was allowing air to escape more quickly than normal. I brought my car into the shop yesterday and Jonathan discovered that the problem was a defective valve. He replaced the valve and now the tire is perfect. Jonathan did not charge me anything for this work.

Just to piggy bag on my previous low review to 2 and 1 Tire Auto. I had taken my car to a new mechanic in order to get an inspection. This was my first inspection with a new mechanic in the last 10 years. Before going to this mechanic, my previous experience 5 months ago with 2 and 1 Tire Auto was that they informed me that I needed new brake pads, new tires, and other work.
I just found out how the car inspection system works. They hook you up to a machine and the machine tells you how many code violations you have which stops you from passing the inspection. After the inspection came back I found out I had one code violation and it was due to the work of 2 and 1 Tire Auto. The machine never mentioned "Brake Pads and Tire work as 2 and 1 Tire Auto mentioned before. In addition, my new Mechanic told me that 2 and 1 Tire had ruptured a hose connecting to my engine which was making a very loud noise because of it. He offered to fix the issue without me buying a new hose. I had paid considerably low for the completed work and didn't feel like my car was hostage for this inspection work as it was at 2 and 1 Tire Auto.
Again I have no reason to bad mouth businesses as my Yelp Rating History talks for itself. As for Thomas' 5 Star reviews, I would be very weary of his reviews as his views seem a bit skewed and in my opinion I believe he might have some type of connection to the management at 2 and 1 Tire Auto since he has 3 separate 5 Star reviews. I would take his reviews with a grain of salt.
If you decide to take your car to 2 and 1 Tire Auto I wish you all the luck. We all have the freedom of choice to make decisions in this country. I feel that I have done my part by stating my horrific experience. If I can help one person, I have done my job.

the best experience for personalized fast service. I have used them for over 10 years and they always go the extra mile in making sure my issues are resolved quickly and with the least amount of effort on my part. just this weekend I hit a pot hole on sunday, BMW run flat tires - uchh! I drove to their lot, parked my car and left it on Sunday. by Monday morning it was repair with 1 phone call to them and they even offered to pick up the keys from my house! BMW assist wanted to tow my vehicle, hold it overnight, deliver it Monday to the BMW dealer in the city where it would have taken until a minimum of Tuesday night to fix and then I would have had to leave work early to pick it up. With Irving Tire I did absolutely nothing but give them a phone call and a CC and they did the rest! love them!!!

If I could call the cops I would. Never ever ever bring your car here. I had my car worked on and when I got it back there were so Many more issues with the car before. I work on my own car so I know when there are problems. These people are rude disrespectfu and crooks. Don't throw your money away.
