Good day everybody. I'm real big in reading reviews and placing them myself because I like to know what I'm dealing with when I try to look for a company to do business with. I recently purchased a BMW and wanted to upgrade my stock bumper and side skirts to a sport package set up. I found this place " Class Collision & service a dad soon it's I walked in the door the service was on point with a person that greeted me, listened to what I was interested in, and gave me several options to help me have the best experience and bang for my buck. I drop my car off the next day and writhing a few days u got my car back and it was excellent. A totally different machine. It looks awesome and the paint job was great. No paint running, no bad areas. Nothing. I had an absolute great experience and I'm actually going back in a few months to do another body upgrade. They are hands down an awesome company with great work and trust me I'm a serious critic. You won't be disappointed and you will be a repeat customer just like myself. Hats off to Class Collision!!! ������������������������

If you want great,speedy service for your auto repair needs then Class collision is the place for you. You can relax knowing and trusting that your work will be done in a timely efficient manner.Their mechanics have the "know how" to make your experience a pleasant one. Last August, my 2014 Mercedes Benz C350 was involved in an accident and needed body work. Class Collision was there for me from start to finish. The employees were professional and knowledgeable about the repairs needed for my vehicle, and the end product was like a new car. Thanks Class Collision!!!! I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants to receive 5 star service!!!

I'm surprised to read the previous review because my experience with Rick and his staff was exemplary. They bent over backward to be helpful, courteous and timely in their work. I highly recommend JC Automotive. My husband and I will use them again for sure.

I had a great experience with JC. I took my car in on the advice of a friend, and they took really good care of me. My car seems better than it was when i took it in! And now I know an honest, professional and expert mechanic for my future car needs. Good deal.

I was a little nervous when I first brought my Ford F150 Pick up in to have an estimate on a door and fender repair. The owner Rick gave me a fair price. I was concerned when he called and said there was additional damage he missed on the estimate. But, he sent me photo and there was no doubt of the additional work. Well, when I finally got my truck back, they had done a magnificent job. Much better than I expected and he came in under my budget. There is no doubt about it....they do excellent work!!

Where do I begin with these scam artists/liars. First of all Rick(the owner) told me I could trust him with the repair to my vehicles body. So I did. After maybe 2 weeks they call me up saying my car is finished...I go to pick up my vehicle and it looks like a 3Rd grader tossed it back together. The paint job was awful (looked like plasticity and felt awful) and they left one of my tailights damaged! I ask Tim(a mechanic there if you want to call him that) why wasn't it replaced..I paid so so so much money for this repair...what is going on...his response for verbatim :"Oh, was that supposed to be replaced?"..... What!!!!!????? At this point I'm flabbergasted....so Tim tells me to bring the car back the next day. So I bring it up there...they say it'll be done in a few days...a whole week later, car still isn't done. I call and call and call, nobody picks up...and when I do they get annoyed, like seriously? It's not my fault you all are incompetent...I've had to call from different numbers just to get them to pick up....another week passes I go up there to see what's up. They show me the car and just keep lying to me about it saying they'll start it that day blah blah...the next visit the car still looks the same as when I brought it back...so, much to my chagrin, I had to contact lawyers....long story short, don't trust these guys. They are unprofessional, incompetent and rude. They will swindle you out of your money.

Asked for a free estimate. A guy who was outside looked at my car and took a picture, said they were busy so they would give me the estimate through email. Thought it was odd but went with it, but instead of giving my email address right there he asked me to give him a text message to remind him which one was my car and include my email address, which I did at 4:30pm on a Thursday. I guess he didn't think my car damage was worth his time or completely forgot about it but i never got my estimate. Overall I felt like it wasn't very professional.

Awesome service! Rick provided complimentary pick up and drop off service. He also did not charge me an arm and a leg for my repairs like most shops do, especially for a woman. I had bumper damaged to the drivers side of my bumper. The damage was repaired and actually looks better than it did prior to my accident. I definitely will not be going anywhere else for future repairs! Thank you Rick
