My Son who is a college student went to have his oil changed yesterday and they charged him $50+ for a basic oil change. They did not change his air filter or anything extra. He is a college student and they totally ripped him off. I would not take anything to them. Bad business.

Horrible customer service and bad prices. They try to rip off college students!!! I took my truck in to have them check to see why my back window wasn't rolling up. The charged me $55 which I didn't mind and informed me that it was the front switch that was broken. They then tried to charge me $470 to have it fixed. I told them I would have a friend fix it knowing that it would only cost $150 for the part and would be a very easy fix. I picked up my truck and went to a friends house and noticed that they did not put my back door back together after they had taken it apart. I decided to put it back together not thinking it would be a big deal. I then noticed that they had taken off my door handle and had not given it back to me. I called to see if they had it and if not if they would replace it for free. Long story short, through a series of phone calls with very bad customer service from Eric and being hung up on, I was told that they would not replace the handle that was missing.

These guys are really helpful and honest. They are the only guys I use when my jeep is having a problem. They keep you updated and actually ask permission before fixing something that they find wrong. As long as I'm living in Canyon, they'll have my business.
