Don't hesitate to go to Bighley Auto Body for bodywork. They're the best! I got a great loaner car and the body work done to my 2000 Mercury Sable *Goldie* is excellent. Thank you Mike. You guys are fair and trustworthy. I'll be back and will also refer everyone to Bighley. And I picked my car up washed and clean :-) Margie

A body and repair shop with integrity and excellent workmanship. Last winter my car was damaged after sliding on black ice. A friend suggested Bighley Auto Body. Located in downtown North Saint Paul across from the Holiday station, there is plenty of parking near the front door. The reception area is clean and the office staff greeted me with a welcoming smile. The owner Mike was quick to assist me with a quote and walk me through the process with the insurance company. I appreciated his no pressure approach. A simple handshake and his card if I decided to have his company do the work after I checked a couple other auto body repair shops on my list. The next day I called to schedule the repair with Bighley. It was obvious to me that Mike would personally oversee the project. He also was the only company to offer a loaner car regardless if my insurance company paid for it. The work was completed on time. The repair work was flawless. I was impressed. Forward seven months later and the radiator they installed leaked. In one call to Mike he quickly reviewed the previous work and let me know it might be covered by warranty, but if it wasn't he would replace the radiator for the cost of the part only. The radiator was not covered by warranty. Instead of being satisfied with the situation, Mike made one more call to my insurance company to see if they would cover it. They did. No additional deductible. No cost to me. In an era where trusting businesses is becoming more difficult, it is breath of fresh air to find companies like Bighley Auto Body. I highly recommend.

Brought then my (new to me) 2013 audi q5 s-line after it taking a bullet through my passenger door and into my center counsel. The work was done in excellent time! I received regular text and call updates and fast as I could have wanted them. Can't even tell there was a bullet hole in the car. Extremely satisfied with the work that was done and a big thank you to Mike, Taylor and crew for everything. Highly recommended, great people and service all the way!

great quality of work done and excellent customer service. Reasonable pricing for labor and fixed what I wanted them to, didn't try to tack on anything extra, etc. My family has been coming here for years and will continue to do so! :)
