I wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone but these folks! I've been there a couple of times now. They are ALWAYS honest and affordable but most of all friendly. These guys are super hard working and always have my repairs done in a timely matter. Very impressed!!

Affordable, Honest, Knowledgeable

Another quick lube place told me that the reason my dashboard alert came on, about my tires not having equal pressure , was probably due to my spare tire needing more air. The next time I needed an oil change, I decided to swing by National Auto Parts & Auto Service instead of the quick lube place, because that light kept coming on. The folks at National Auto were knowledgeable and honest... They checked my tires for leaks, filled the tires with proper amount of air and changed my oil for only $29, and it didn't take any longer than at the quick lube place. They even checked my brake pads when they checked my tire pressure and told me that my brakes looked good and that the brake pads still have about 40% more life in them. (If they had told me it was time to change my brake pads, I'd have believed them, because I'm tough on brakes, and my car is almost 3 years old, and I haven't changed the brake pads yet!) It's nice when you can find an affordable, knowledgeable, and honest auto service place you can trust.

GREAT Prices!

You have got to call this place for prices on tires. I saved big money compared to west knoxville prices! It is worth the 10 min drive to clinton highway.

Came here about 5 months ago with a nail in my tire and they were kind enough to plug it for no charge. I am back today getting a new set of tires from them. The service is good but be prepared to wait, I would recommend making an appointment, as they stay pretty busy. They got my car in and out in 40 minutes and the price was excellent.

Had to have a engine replaced in 2005 Ford Explorer, Great people to deal with and very helpful. They are very trustworthy and fair, I have been trying to find someone that will be honest not shady and they are your go to people. Pete is my go to person great customer service and very helpful.

Would not take my car anywhere else for any service. Great work, friendly and knowledgeable staff and very reasonable prices. Have used them for years and have never had a problem. My 2010 car runs and drives like new thanks to Natl Auto.

It is very refreshing in today's society to find such honest, friendly people in the auto repair business. I'm not sure what stands out more in my mind, that they saved me hundreds of dollars compared to dealership repair prices (same brand parts & labor) or that I left there feeling like I had made new friends. Superb service, quality repair, affordable prices!

If you have a BMW or other foreign car, don't take it here! They installed a starter on my son's BMW and did an ok job, BUT left off a part during an oil change, causing the car to idle rough, stall out, and "service engine light" to come on intermittently. After my son taking the car back 3 different times and them telling him they couldn't find anything wrong with the car, I took vacation time from my job to take the car back myself and yes, I was very irate. We then took the car to the local BMW dealership where they diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. A missing part from the new oil filter. National did agree to pay for the part, but not the labor ($215) for BMW to install the part. But, this fixed the problem, the car is running great again, and we learned a valuable lesson. Take the car to someone who is qualified to work on it!
