Crooks! They attempted to defraud an individual with a replacement estimate. Changing the bid by over $1,300! Trying to cover for a company they do business with. Fraud investigation done by Auto Insurance. They lost.

I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with this company that I feel I need to. Each time I called (which was often), Bobby was patient and helpful. It was comforting after being in an accident and dealing with the entire frustrating situation to have someone take the time to answer all my questions. The work done was top notch and they assured me that if I have any issues or questions in the future, that they will be there to help out if needed.

I highly recommend Richards' Collision Center and Bobby Killion in Grandview, MO. I was recently involved in a minor fender bender, and Richards' Collision Center quickly got my car in and fixed. Not only does my bumper look good as new, I was pleasantly surprised to find my car was cleaned too (interior and exterior). Shiny everywhere. Exceeded my expectations completely. 5 stars! Thank you Richards' Collision Center.

I had a deer run into my car this past fall. It was about 6pm at night and I was all shook up. I called Richards' Collision Center to get assistance and direction on what I need to do. Their Manager, Bobby Killion walked me through the entire process from contacting my insurance agent, scheduling a rental car, to scheduling a time for a pick up and a drop off. I did not have to come to them - they came to me. In less than a few days, I had my car back-delivered-and clean. It looked AMAZING!!!. I am totally recommending Richards' Collision Center to anyone that needs their car fixed.

This place was great. Got in an accident on 71 during some snow and did damage to the front end. Didn't have a lot of money and wanted to do most of repairs myself, but there was some frame damage that I couldn't fix. They gave me a good quote, did excellent work and when done, on time by the way, the price was only 65% of the original quote. Met the owner, the techs and their office guy, all great people. I recommend this place for any body or collision work.
