When I went to KK Collision in Rancho Cordova I was impressed with how easy it was to pull in and leave my info and then John the owner gave me a ride to meet my wife for dinner, a few days later my truck was ready and it was absolutely flawless and I am very picky about my vehicle, I searched but could not find any evidence of the accident, I'll never go anywhere else.

We had KK do some minor bodywork and paint on our 2005 Honda Accord back in 2006. Well the clear coat started to fail with minor shrinkage of the bodywork. Most people wouldn't have noticed it but it bothered me. I took it back to them and John took care of it. No questions asked, no hassles and no charge. And they did a nice job with the repair work! It's refreshing in this day and age to find a business that stands behind their work. Thanks again John and thanks to your staff as well.

Took my wife's 2008 jeep grand cherokee into John at KK he was nice up front new my wife from the past promised it would be done in the week of coarse that ended up being 2 1/2 weeks no big deal got the jeep back finally on the way home it was screaming really loud i checked fluid noticed they didn't put any power steering fluid in it at all also the paint job was very shabby it had this over layer everywhere i had to have the dealer ship buff it out anyways none of this is what made me write this review i owed john 500.00 which he told me when i picked up car not to worry about it that he would contact me and a payment plan wouldn't be a problem thought we had a good understanding anyways john took it upon himself to send me a letter i never received he never once tried to call or text me after i tried him 2 times as a business owner my self if someone owes me money i at least give them a courtesy call were john went wrong was going to other people and telling them that i haven't paid him and lying and saying he's tried to contact me numerous times which he hasn't besides the crappy job on my car i have no problem whats so ever paying john even after he blurts out my personal business to other people. i'd beware of this Collision center John doesn't do good business and chances are that he is half way toasted when he tells you something so he doesn't even remember !

I drove to Sacramento from San Diego as my father was in his last days of life and I was on my way to say my final goodbyes and attend his funeral. My girlfriend and I drove her Honda Accord up. The transmission started slipping severely. A friend of a friend led us to KK Collision. I needed the work done quickly (-a day!). They were able to complete the job and do so with the fairest price of all the competitors I had called before being referenced to them. I know it was a difficult task to accomplish, but it was done as requested.

Everyone who works here is amazingly friendly, nice, and helpful. Their wall is covered with thank you letters from happy customers. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I would recommend this place to anyone. I had to get my '07 Civic rear bumper painted, rear passenger side smoothed out, and driver door replaced and it just isn't the same (all damages were not my fault btw!). First of all, they told me my car was ready several days after the promised date, and when I got there, they hadn't even smoothed out the passenger side. Secondly, there was overspray on my car's interior (which I easily wiped off, but that's not the point) and a glob of paint on the roof of my car. The paint job itself was great, but the rest was just sloppy work if you ask me. I had to bring my car back so they could sand off the glob of paint and do the passenger side. Also, the one-touch button to roll down my driver window didn't work after they replaced the door, so they had to keep my car an extra day so they could figure that out. It was such a hassle, but the people were so nice that I couldn't really get mad, and in the end, my car looks okay (but not great). I should also mention that the owner had a medical emergency in the middle of my repair. I feel like if he had been there to oversee everything, I would've had a much more positive experience. The one thing that I do commend them on is they definitely took care of the insurance angle--I didn't have to talk to my or the at-fault's insurance companies at all.

06/2009 When I called for a quote the owner sounded knowledgeable and trustworthy, which is why I chose this business. I wanted my door handles refinished. They were able to get me in right away, however when I arrived to pick up my car no one was on site, my car was left un-locked with the window rolled down and the keys in the visor. The refinishing was a joke -they just painted over the chips and didn't sand at all, they even missed the inside of the handles and created an air bubble on one of the handles which will undoubtedly chip. Since the owner was not on site and because I was leaving town the next morning I paid and decided to call the owner the next day so I could come back and have the handles fixed. Before I could call him he left a hostile message on my phone saying he would just refund my money. When I called him back he admitted that he had not seen the finished job and that he would just send a refund check. Well I've not yet received the check so we will see... Overall I was extremely unhappy with the work and will have to go to another shop to have the handles refinished -again... I would never go back. On the up side Al -the mechanic, was very kind and attentive when I picked up my car, too bad he is associated witht this company, I would have given him a try.

The three bad reviews on here do not reflect ANY bad service. The review from 2009 was NOT A CUSTOMER!! In fact, I have never even known who the individual is.The review from Dave R about his wife's car was written 6 months after the repair when I tried in vain to collect the money that he owed me. He threatened to BLOW ME UP on the intranet and I have the recording of his threats. The young man who wanted to use me to collect money and not repair his car I ask, what would you do if someone wanted to use you and waste your time just to collect money to put in their pocket? The owner promptly refused to give me a quote on a necessary repair on my car, stating "what's in it for me?" and "you're just going to collect a check, why should I waste my time?" What I decide to do with my quote is my own business; he should either do the quote to network or just simply state that he doesn't do quotes, not assume my intentions from the quality of my car. He needs to retire or close shop. He talks to potential customers like he's the customer.

Very friendly and great service. They replaced my bumper and matched the paint perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the staff and the job they did on my car. I will definitely go back to them if I need future body work done.
