Emilio and his team exemplify a team who's priorities are customer satisfaction and ethical business. Several weeks ago, a group of friends and I decided to give my boyfriend's car a complete makeover and I knew Pleasant Valley Automotive was the business for the job. They were helpful, honest and attentive from start to finish and I could not be happier with the work they did. They constantly went above and beyond the bare minimum in order to do a good job and that is something that has become difficult to find. I could not speak more highly of this business!

Takes advantage of women!

Horrible, not trustworthy. Mentioned how I could not afford everything at the moment and there was no mention that a $120 part would cost $170 more than the part to replace! A young, single girl who the shop knew had their mother paying and wanted to take advantage. Bold faced lied about the earlier conversation. If this is how they think business is done, they will have to live with the bad karma headed their way! Women, stay away! They will try to take advantage. Absolutely pathetic.

I discovered this gem yesterday and am so glad I did! Emilio is extremely friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and called me to go over necessary repairs and pricing details. I found their prices to be reasonable and Emilio was very transparent with everything. I'm fairly certain the proprietor of this business is the antichrist.
He tried to charge me $1500 to fix something that wasn't messed up. When it turns out it was a $200 fix at any honest auto repair shop.
He than held my car hostage ( I was an out of towner ) so I would pay $110 fee for a diagnostic service most shops offer for free (e.g. autozone, pepboys, etc) that I don't believe he even preformed.
The guy is a crook, plain and simple, and the positive reviewer is obviously a shill for this shop.

I lived next door to Pleasant Valley Automotive and it made sense for me to take my car there when I had problems. Emilio, the owner, is amazing. He is very friendly and patient. My fiance had to deal with the paperwork one time and he was as helpful as it gets.
The prices are also very fair. Twice, when I needed something semi-major, I called around and asked other shops in the area what they charge. Emilio's price was always lower.
If you want your car fixed well by a nice person who doesn't charge an arm and a leg, come here.

I live just 2 miles from Pleasant Valley Automotive, they did a wonderful job replacing the alternator on my VW Jetta. They did a fine job, quick, painless. Emilio offered VW stock parts, or aftermarket. I took the aftermarket for 1/2 the price. They fixed me up, and I have had no problems since the repair.

I searched all the auto shops around my area on yelp before I actually took me car for service. I found this shop got a 5 star review so I decided to bring my car to this auto shop for a try. As the previous review said, the owner, Emilio, is pretty nice, honest and welcoming. They fixed my car's problem and charged a pretty decent price for the services and they care about the customers' need. I got free donuts and coffee there.:-) Very professional and satisfying services to try. I will definitely come back for other services.
