I wish I could give no stars for this place. The customer service is horrible! I parked in their lot to first pick up my dog from the animal hospital next door. I was planning in talking to them after about a dent in my car. Before I had the chance to do that, I found myself blocked in by an employee. I was referred by my insurance after a car accident that left my bumper in pretty bad shape.
From the beginning, Fix Auto was professional, dependable, and easy to work with.
I got there, they arranged for a pick up from a car rental place, and told me the estimated date.
They beat the date by several days, and they called every few days with an update.
I am very pleased, overall! I will definitely be back when needed, although I hope it isn't for an accident :)

The people at Fix Auto Whittier are awesome! Bernadette at the front desk for drop off/pick up is a sweetheart and easy on the eyes :)
My truck was side-swiped almost 3wks ago and FAW was a recommended shop by State Farm. I'm glad I took the recommendation. The estimated time was approx. 3-4wks and it was done in less time, definitely a plus because I HATE WAITING! When I picked up my truck, I was amazed. It looked like a new truck. I'm very happy with the work and getting it back.
Don't hesitate to check them out. Ray and Bernadette are great to work with.

Fix Auto Whittier was the light in the dark of an accident!
I got estimates from multiple places of business, most higher priced and some lower priced, but they, and their team, were the most professional business minded individuals I'd encountered in my search for a body shop.
I had never been in an accident that required any repairs until recently. Bernadette and Rey were both EXTREMELY helpful throughout the entire process. They advised me not only on what needed to get done with my car, but how to go about it step by step through my DIFFICULT insurance company, which is another story.
Not only was the service great and professional, the work they've done is EVEN BETTER. I drive a 2015 VW Passat that I just recently leased, so it was pretty new and VERY clean before getting hit. Now, I would never even KNOW anything happened just by looking at it. Also the interior and exterior detailing was ON POINT.
If you're looking for a body shop, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.

Fix auto did an amazing job! I brought my car in after being rear-ended and it looks great now! Their customer service was excellent, I was stranded at hertz before picking up my car and Bernadette picked me up so I didn't have to walk 3 miles! Brought my car is because someone hit me while I was parked all they had to do was fix my rear bumper so I take it in they say do worry we will take care of it for u a week goes by and they call me at 4:50pm telling me to go pick up my car and they close at 530
Really? Only a 40 minute notice?
So I get there just in time I'm inspecting the rear of my car the area that they are supposed to fix and I notice the bumper is sitting a bit low so I ask them and they tell me that's the way it sits and its normal
I take it back home park it in about to detail my car the next day and I start walking around it
My front fender is dented my door is not flush with the body the bottom molding that they had to remove to fix my bumper is dented scratched the amount of unprofessionalism from this place is incredible now I have to find another shop to fix what they originally fixed and everything else they messed up
By the way it's a new 2016 Honda With only 4 thousand miles that sits in my drive way and I only take out on weekends the car is washed and detailed every weekend that damage was not there before

I wish yelp would allow no stars for a review! This place gets an F- for customer service!!! I parked in their lot to pick up my dog from the animal hospital next door. I only parked there because I knew I wouldn't be long. Plus, they had open spaces other than the one I took. I was parked for 5 min. When I returned with my dog, I saw a car blocking me. There were two employees assessing that car with two customers. The lady employee, Bernadette, tried to help me back out which was really nice. I wasn't able to do so smoothly so I tried again. The male employee, (who I later found out was the manager!) stood right in front of my trunk so I could not leave! When I got out of my car to question him about it, he started yelling at me saying, "this is not dog parking. You are not supposed to park here you are going to have to wait." I calmly stated, 'sir I was parked here for 5 minutes. I have my dog in the car and its 90 degrees outside!' He responded very rudely and said, "I don't care you will have to wait." I asked for a time frame and he could not give me one. Thinking back on this I should have called the sheriff's because he was holding me hostage! I was finally able to leave after a few minutes. When I returned home I called back to ask if they had a policy on how they treat the general public. Bernadette answered and listened to my side of the story and understood my position. She apologized to me even though she didn't need to. I asked to talk to the manager who had yelled at me and she said he didn't want to talk to me! She also said she wasn't allowed to give me his first name. Excuse me???? I asked for the store manager or the corporate office number and she told me Greg was the owner and I would have to call back because he does not have voice mail. I made sure I called back today. I had to call back three times because he was not in the store when I called first at 11am. When I was finally able to talk to him, he spoke really defensively saying, "yeah, I spoke to my employees and I already know about the situation." He did not even want to hear my side of the story!!! When I told him I was concerned for my safety, he told me, "I have known this guy for 20 years and he wouldn't do something like that." What!!!! He also laughed at me and said, "you couldn't possibly have been concerned for your safety." I have never been treated so poorly by an owner in all of my life! No wonder the manager yelled at me. This owner allows that behavior to happen and he fully supports the employee no matter what. Um this is not good. I was actually going to seek out their business because I do have a dent in my car but not any more! I have a large network of friends on social media and I will let them all know to stay far away from this place. They don't value anything about potential customers and it's obvious they don't need any more business. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the BAR. I will also be contacting ALL of the insurance companies they contract with to tell them about my experience. I also called AAA and my insurance company to make sure they don't contact with this location. It's so funny how everyone else but this shop has understood exactly how horrible this situation was for me. I'm so disappointed that an owner would speak to a potential customer the way he spoke to me. Not acceptable at all!!!!!

I would not recommend Fix Auto for your Body shop needs. It have taken my vehicle here on two occasions and each time the service was worse than the first. The first time I had to point out several items that were not repaired. The repairs required additional days in the shop and me having to go back and forth with my vehicle, not to mention, arranging rides for each occasion.
The second, and most importantly last visit, the shop broke my Audi fob key. Fix Auto claims it is normal wear and tear, however, they fail to explain to me how I managed to have the key for over 10 years and in 17 days they broke it. The key cost me over $300 to replace due to their ignorance (not knowing how to close the key correctly) and arrogance (wear and tear 10 years vs 17 days).
I can no longer take my "Family Member" to this undependable, dishonest, unethical, and untrustworthy business, I encourage you to do the same.

I never write reviews unless the service is so poor it justifies me taking my valuable time in writing a review. First, they score a big A for craftsmanship, WAIT FOR IT!!!!!.......They score a F- for service!!!!! After my daughter got into an accident esurance recommended this body shop. They of course have received several surveys regarding the poor service that I recently experienced.
It's basic, when you tell a customer it's going to be ready in 10 days, he/she actually takes the time to plan for 10 days of not using a car. Sounds simple but apparently Fix Auto Whittier has a different calendar they use to count 10 days. If that's the case, great! Just let the customer know 10 days is defined, as per Fix Auto Whittier, as a possible 10 days + 2-3 days.....If they would have said this I would have been cool, I may not have understood how they count days, but at least I know I need to plan on 10 days + 2 or 3 days.
Of course when I called and asked to speak to a manager on the 10th day by the way, the day they promised on 3 separate occasions, he of course was not available. So I do what any normal person would do, asked if he could call me....Guess what happen, YOU ARE CORRECT!!!! No Phone Call!!!!!
So in conclusion, thank you for the great way you don't take care of your customers (I definitely have stories to tell during my Uber runs)... .....And for everyone in YELP Land.....Be fore warned, great work but when they say 10 days, they mean KINDA 10 Days!!!! Good Luck!!!!!

Exceptional Service.. Finished all the paperwork to get my car fixed and they already had the car rental company waiting for me. Kept getting updates on the progress of the car which were accurate. Today I'm here picking up my car and looks brand new.. Love the customer service I will definately be coming back if needed (hopefully not). Wow! My car looks amazing. I really appreciate their professional and kind customer service. After letting them know that I was paying for my own rental, they made a big effort to make my car a priority. They did a really nice job and shortened the time my car would be in the shop. Very helpful from start to end. The shop set up my tow so I didn't have to worry about how to get the car to the shop. We asked for an estimate and they provided the information in a timely manner, and when we needed a correction on the estimate they made it and provided the revised estimate. This used to be my family's go-to body shop, until sadly it changed owners/ management.
The old manager, Ralph was the most knowledgeable and friendly guy, and he always gave me a great discount for being a loyal customer. He always did quality work, and I was never disappointed.
...Until Greg I think his name was, maybe Gary (idk) gave me a $775 estimate. I arranged to drop my car off, (pain in the ass, 7:30AM on my Birthday) only for them to call me later that day and tell me that they had jacked up the price over 300 DOLLARS!!!!
Needless to say, I picked up my car later that day. I'm actually pretty sad since I have to find a new body shop, and they lost a loyal customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My new civic got hit by a semi and the whole side of my car was crushed in mirror wrecked bumper gone I mean it was a mess my insurance sent me to fix auto and I just wanted to get the quote from there and find my own body shop after but after reading the Yelp reviews and being there in person seein how clean and professional everything looked I decided to leave my car there. Initially I was told it would be 3 weeks and it'd be done the 28th I was so excited to get text updates and find out my car was ready the 19th! It looks new all over again they even waxed it and took care of a scratch that wasn't even from the accident. They gave me great referrals for a few other things my car needs and I couldn't be more pleased...highly recommend

Great experience. Bernadette is great - detail oriented and follows up on what she says. The work itself was amazing. Can't tell I ever hit a pole at all, lol! I didn't give 5 stars because something happened with my tire and although they sent that out to get serviced they should check on the businesses they work with closely. Could've been a dangerous situation for me. However, for body work and great service this a great place (there is a pick up and drop off service if you don't have a ride).

Had some damage on my car. Very minor. Luckily it was covered under insurance. Had my car taken to Fix Auto Whittier and I could not be happier with the result. They did not just take care of my car, they took care of me. When I dropped my car off they made sure I was taken care of, ride to the rental car place, offered me food and drink everything they could to make me comfortable. They said they'd have my car done in 3-4 days tops and I had it back in 2 with everything fixed. They even detailed the car for me inside and out which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. And for the damage to my car they included some touch of paint for me in case of minor scratches and dings which was really awesome. Could not be happier with Fix Auto Whittier.

Most unprofessional repair shop I have ever come across.
Appointment time doesn't mean squat to them. I was told to come in at a certain time for a minor repair and when I did, the manager tells me they're understaffed today and that I need to come back tomorrow or friday. I ask if he's sure my car will get fixed tomorrow or friday, he says "you can try, but we might be busy again." So, you're not understaffed..You're just busy and forgot about my appointment. Admitting the truth would have been better than lying and getting caught.
They obviously dont want business and their warehouse looked like it could only hold 3 cars, so DONT BOTHER COMING HERE. There are plenty of auto shops around this area. Avoid this one and save yourself some time.

We have taken our cars here for years.
My wife and daughter seem to be locals (go figure)! Anyway, we usually see Ralph and he has been a great guy to deal with. No surprises, cars have always been ready when promised and the workmanship is guaranteed for life. What more can you ask for?
We were originally referred to them by our friend who is also our ins. agent who said they never get complaints from any of the claims they have to deal with. Our family friend has much more experience dealing with auto repairs then we do, so I took his advice and he was spot on.
I will continue to take our cars and trucks there for repair work.

This place had absolutely horrible customer service. I was planning on becoming a customer but was harrasssed by the manager and held hostage ad he blocked my car from being able to leave just because I parked for 5 minutes in their lot. The store owner then defended his behavior when he wasn't even there to witness the situation. I have never received such poor treatment from a business. They obviously don't care about getting new business and they don't care about how they treat any potential customer. Stat far away from this place!!!!
