My husband and I came in for an upgrade ...for a bigger bike for my husband. We had done the application online and were already approved. Alice was our sales person. She was friendly, efficient, straightforward and generous every step of the way. Initially I wanted to go to one of the bigger dealerships out by San Diego or La, I am so glad we decided to stay local. We were just beyond impressed from start to finish and I really take my hat off to Alice who was this dealerships shining star . You only get one chance to make a first impression and we were just thrilled with how easy and straight it all went. Alice made sure to get the exact bike my husband wanted with the exact features. Please if you are thinking of purchasing a bike stop here first. I have told everybody how great you guys are and we will be back. Thank you again for going above and beyond!!! Mark and Dawn

I make it a point to come down to the Harley-Davidson store every time I come down to Palm Springs which is at least twice a year today I wasn't really looking at shirts and jackets I found a shirt that I wish to purchase my sister had said that she would purchase it I told her know that I would get it I guess the only behind the desk if you would please hold it and don't let my sister pay for it exactly what was it yourself then I look at her and said are you serious and she said yes disappointed sarcasm... I still purchase $275 worth of clothing if.. Payless 68 year old adult I don't need to be downgraded by some young lady that possibility was having a bad day....... I am so so sorry that I had to write this I'm not asking for anybody to be fired but I am asking for somebody to change your attitude when it comes to customer service....
I am sure your store most everybody there is always been very convenient the older lady has always been a sweetheart everytime I come in...... I give your dealership 5 stars and give the young lady that waited on me today with the attitude 0 Stars...... I live in the San Francisco Bay Area when there's lots of us that right in the Palm Springs area I always try to bring my crew into your facility hopefully but this never happens again because I will be totally embarrassed the way I speak highly about your facility thank

We go several times a month and since day one they treat you with such great customer service. They treat everyone like family. They are so informative and helpful when you have questions. I highly recommend them. Alice is so great and very knowledgeable when talking about bikes. We bought one with Alice and she was great. When we need parts we talk to Eric or Daniel. Reviews are super important to me and I highly recommend this Harley.

Best friendly staff you'll ever meet. Always great deals on clothes and Harley products. Lots of models to choose from, surprised to see so many Trikes, and the new Three Wheeler! They also carry a good selection of Harley dog and cat apparel. There is also a very knowledgable merchandise staff for clothes, and a nice sale rack area for more savings. They support the Palm Springs Harley Owners Group with a riding calendar up with local rides for HOG members. Info for PS hogs is available in the showroom.

The reason for this review is simple. The General Manager is an arrogant unprofessional man.
I simply went inside to ask him some questions as I noticed they are really swamped and back logged in the service department.
I walked in and said "hi, are you Mike?" (I think that's his name). He doesn't even pick his head up and says "yeah".
I said "I just wanted to ask you a question or two "
He says "I'm really kind of busy here". Mind you he was NOT that busy.
I said "well, if it's a bad time I can come back"
He says "it won't get any better so....."
Alrighty then. So I asked him what he thought regarding this back log and his opinion on how I should proceed.
He went on to tell me "I can tell you this. We are backed up and if you are looking to get your bike done quickly that's NOT gonna happen" Then went on to say "you can try Riverside or Temecula but I wouldn't recommend Riverside"
One would expect a little more courtesy from the General Manager. He was arrogant and I immediately removed my bikes from that dealership because of his crappy attitude. Temecula Harley is 100% nicer.
As a side note.....the guys in service were helpful and very nice. Too bad they work for him.

My fianc and I had been lurking for about a year. Every time we come in Alice W. was helpful, polite and professional. She always made us feel at home and when we were ready to buy, she treated us like the only customer in the place. We got a fantastic deal and she treated us like family.
I returned for some minor repair and the service department treated me just as well. Price was good, they went over everything and I couldn't be happier. Buy from Alice, buy from PSHarley and do it quick!!

I've never been treated so bad as a customer. They obviously don't know where their paychecks come from.
I was on a road trip and tried to get my leaky fork seals repaired.
Service manager had the worst attitude...
he was rude, dismissive, and lazy.
He had no interest in trying to help me.
don't bother trying to get any work done from them...
I would never go back there or think of having anything repaired by them...

We always visit the shop while in town. Every year, this time of year we rent Harley's and go on some long rides... so it's nice to drop while on a bike.
This is a typical Harley store with bikes and all the other stuff bikers buy.
I do believe it's moves to the north west side of town.

As a Harley Rider you have to come by a Harley store once in a while to stock up on your riding gear - in my case - I needed a Shirt from this store. I would have probably bought something else, if there would have been something else to buy!!
Harley belts - 4 in my size - I didn't like any of the 4
Overall the selection of Harley cloth was almost not existing, come on, nowadays you sell easier some Shirts than you sell a Bike.
The dealership was easy to find, next tot he Freeway Exit. The inside is very nicely decorated in an Indian style with many bull skulls.

Coming from Vegas always suspect of any HD facility. HD shops in Vegas have a love affair of ripping customers off and overcharging.
This shop/store is top notch. Had to take my bike (1999 Ultra) in for a battery replacement..they found some other issues which needed to be addressed I'm glad they did otherwise I'd still be stranded in Big Bear. What I like they did a through analysis of the bike, let me know what needed to be fixed. They had the parts or got creative in getting the parts. Yes I did bring the bike at 9:00 am and finally rode out at 4:00. But given what they had to do and the fact they moved me ahead of standing appointments..I was very happy...road off $1,200.00 light in the wallet but this was the first major work since I had the bike..that equates to $100.00 a year...I usually recommend private Harley shops..but will make the exception for this shop..Remember it's not the destination its the ride...Ride Safe.

I went to buy a Harley shirt at a discount retailer, and they had a terrible selection - cheap shirts, terrible prints, etc. So, of course, I ventured on over to Palm Springs Harley (this was three weeks ago, btw) and sure 'nuff, they had a black shirt with white print and it was a newer Harley with a gorgeous girl on the front - long-story-short, I bought it ... for my wife! :) They are always nice and friendly, and they sell QUALITY, not PRICE! If you want anything for your 2-wheel twin, go see PS Harley. They really do have everything Harley Davidson. - Leland Berliner, Owner, ALL VALLEY BBQ, SPA & FIREPLACE
