Do NOT go here. I would have paid anything just to get my car going. So after a few hundred bucks, I picked up my car. It ran a day. A friend of mine looked at it, and fixed it for $40. They totally ripped me off. I called them about it, and they didn't even try to defend themselves. TERRIBLE

I called Probilt about an exhaust issue that I was experiencing with my bug, and it was an extremely pleasant experience from beginning to end. Not only did they work with my hectic schedule, they thoroughly explained the issues they found, provided an extremely reasonable quote, and -- BEST PART -- they drove me to and from my apartment while my car was being worked on for no extra fee (and I didn't even have to ask - they offered). We even had to sit in rush hour traffic for close to 45 minutes, and yet Becky (owner's wife, superhero woman, and also my driver) didn't seem to mind a bit.. in fact, we talked the entire time!
Overall, this company definitely defines the meaning of customer service on every level. They genuinely care about their customers - which is rare to see with an automotive shop. Highly recommended!

Way overpriced. Had a fuel pump replaced on a suburban and they charged almost $1000 for a $250 pump and 3 hours of labor. Had it quoted by several other shops at less than half of that price but my father in law had already told them to do the work. When we called back to discuss the huge price difference from other shops the manager basically said too bad that's how much were charging. No customer service. Took advantage of people out of town on vacation.

Do NOT let these people get your car! They ignored my input, charged me $300, and my car completely stopped running the next day! When I called them about it, they were just like, "Well, you could bring it back to us for more work." I got the repair done by a friend for $40! NEVER NEVER go to PROBILT!

Stumbled across this place and so glad that I did. Went in and did free inspection. Broke it down to me on what needed to be fixed and gave me estimation. Also provide free shuttle service while your car is being worked on. The place is clean and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I just moved here from out of state and was looking for a new place for my car to call home, and I think we found it! Thanks guys!

I have been using this car care service center center For over 10 years. I drop my car off. They tell me what's wrong, what needs my attention and what can wait. This is a local business that cares about their customers. I highly recommend this service center. See my other reviews. I'm not one to take a piece of junk car to a place a try to tell them I can do it cheeper with auto zone. (Everyone can do it with autozone. Their parts cheep and rebuilt by the cheepest bidder.) I work at a dealership that performs maintenance on a certain brand. I would like to thank the probilt company for the outstanding service.

Probilt does great work, and now they have a shop in Jeffersonville. I've been going there because it's easy to get to, and they can usually take me in, and get me out fast. Just like at their Louisville shop they do excellent work, quickly, and at a fair price. Thanks, Probilt!
