This was the best experience ever. Got a great deal on a Chevy Spark. The process was extremely fast and smooth. The longest part was contacting my insurance company. Everyone here was SO helpful. They were very accommodating and friendly without being too pushy. Clearly have been in the business for a long time. Jason Delillo was amazing, and truly kind. Doing everything he could to get us the car we wanted. He really keyed in on my needs, and showed us cars that mirrored those needs. Never once trying to sell me a car that was outside of my budget. Joe, in finance was also very friendly, amazingly knowledgeable i his field, and very funny (which is needed when buying a big purchase like a car). The car I bought was shiny and tremendously clean. As for the quality of my car, I cannot comment on this as of yet because I just bought it, but I'm sure it is excellent as the people at Car Connection are very open, honest, and friendly.

HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
This was hands-down the most smooth, comfortable, honest car buying experience I have ever had. I have had such bad experiences in the past with dishonest dealerships, unknowledgeable sales people and worse. Based on another friend who is from the area & bought here and had a great experience, I decided to go with word of mouth and give Car Connection a shot.
The car buying experience was completely different at the Car Connection! I can completely see how they were rated the Pennsylvania Quality Dealer of the Year!
I was a little gun-shy going in b/c of former said bad experiences. But Michael (the owner) immediately put me at ease and those concerns at bay. He's very approachable and really LISTENED to what I was looking for and the payments I needed to stay within. He asked good questions about why I was interested in certain vehicles to get a better understanding of my needs and wants. Then he made a few additional suggestions to broaden my views and open my field up a little more. He gave me pros and cons to each. I really appreciated that!! It showed me he was really listening to what I needed and guided me based on that, not on what had the highest price tag.
The finance process didn't take 3-hours like it has in the past either. It was painless b/c of the leg work Michael did in advance to ensure I was within my payment range and ready to go. I also got the extended warranty, which I STRONGLY recommend!! It's a no-brainer!
Every person at the Car Connection made me feel warm, welcome and comfortable. They all knew my name by the time I left and congratulated me on my choice. They made me feel really excited about my decision!
I would recommend Car Connection to anyone looking to buy a car. I drove a LONG way for this experience & it was worth it. (Especially the ride home in my new car.) They even followed up with me the week after to ensure I was enjoying my new purchase.

After reading reviews, I definitely was interested in visiting car connection superstore to see a Chrysler 300 Uptown edition. This is the second time I bought a used car and I have to say this was the best car buying experience I ever had. Shadi was so nice, friendly, honest and straightforward. I would definitely recommend talking to him about any future purchase. He will tell you what your options are and not push you into a sale. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive!!

Buying a car is not something I would put at the top of my list of "Fun Things to do on your day off." But as soon as we got to the dealership, Shadi greeted us and was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. Through the whole process, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He was there every step of the way helping us get the best deal we could get. From someone who has been led on by car salesmen pretending to be your best friend to make a sale, I can honestly say my wife and I were very comfortable working with Shadi. I plan on recommending Shadi and the dealership to my friends and family.

Thank you to Michael and the Car Connection Staff for finding me and my wife our amazing and beautiful his and her vehicles. I purchased my 2009 Mercedes CLS550 and my wifes 2011 C300 from the Car Connection and I have been nothing but happy since. We have been treated like family, literally and the team members made us feel at home and comfortable. We did not find like we were making such huge purchases. They made it easy. To this day, any time we have issues, we contact them and we are instantly taken care of. We get our cars serviced there also and we are still treated like brand new customers!
