Randy and James has helped me numerous times with vehicles from simple solutions to fixing the large ones. They have even given me advice when a car that I took in was not worth putting the money into fixing. I have several friends that recommend and use this place for all their automotive repairs and we all have the same thing to say - great service - fair prices - HONEST and they care about their customers!

Thank you so much James and Randy for all your help! My daughter's boyfriend was making a 5 hour trip to his cousin's when the car broke down on the highway just a short 30 minutes from his destination! The car was towed to Sherwood Auto, and I was able to handle everything over the phone with James on a Saturday morning, with a follow up call from Randy on Monday! Amazing customer service, and you guys went above and beyond what I expected! I would recommend this shop - I didn't experience anything but honesty from them! Thank you again! - Steph

Lied about recharging freon in my AC. Charged me too much for a job he didn't do. Ruined my AC system. Did not give my money back and offered to fix his "fix" for more money. Stay AWAY
