Good work from some decent guys. I work for a property management company and just recently we stayed taking our vehicles to Rogers. Very friendly staff and helpful every time I've gone in and called on the phone. They are quiet quick with their work with everything usually getting done by the next day or day after of bringing it in.

Great service here! Everyone is very professional. They are on time with everything. I bring my car here for oil changes and no complaints! The environment up front is very nice and welcoming. I would definitely go back to these guys!

I've had a couple of my vehicles fixed here, and while the work gets done I often (like every time) find myself going thru and fixing their fix. Example, I had a power steering hose replaced on my Cadillac. I get the car back and I'm hearing a light "ting ting ting" like something rattling. I dig around and find they didn't route the hose thro the mount and it was hitting the frame. I also had a leak at the power steering pump that turned out to be the hose lose and I had to tighten it. I called them and they said I could drop it to get it fixed and they'd "try" to fit it in. There's other shops around, if try them first before Rogers anytime.

They did a pre-purchase inspection on our car. It was a very busy Saturday, but everyone seemed to take a caring and interested approach to each customer and phone call. They spotted a couple potential issues with the vehicle, gave us a written report, and saved us some money on the purchase transaction. Thanks! Wish they were closer to home!

Great service, quick turnaround on the service as well. They were upfront, and we're able to diagnose the problem. I compared the estimate at two other places and they were cheaper than one and within $25 (1,200 bill) of the other.
Also gave me a ride back to work after I dropped the car off.. I appreciated that gesture. Not all mechanics do that these days.

SCHEMERS! They kept telling us more and more things were wrong with the car and kept pushing back the date they would work on it. Probably kicking half the money that they charged us DOUBLE for when we got an estimate from another shop. TERRIBLE place.

I can't say enough about this for service I received from Ronny here I am from 73 miles away and when a friend of mine had my car and it broke down near Zion, I was extremely worried about getting it serviced somewhere I have never done business before. Ronnie got my vehicle in at to their shop at a moments notice even towed it in for a very reasonable price And then communicated very effectively with me to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. As you know Dealing with automotive repair facilities can sometimes be sketchy But not here. He explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle, even gave me a report of other potential problems but never pressured me to fix them at his place. They replaced my front passenger side front hub bearing at an extremely competitive price Even cheaper than my usual mechanic :-) also ended up doing front brakes while they had it there because the price was very reasonable. Leslie I told him that I had a problem with my washer fluid and didn't know if it was something simple or if the entire pump needed to be replaced Turns out it was only A blown fuse and replaced it quickly. He could have easily told me it was the pump and replaced it and I probably never would have known. Thanks for your honesty Ronny. It's not often that you find a place that is interested and providing superior customer service and building a relationship rather than charging you as much as possible. Just can't say enough about the customer service I received here. Excellent job!
