Mark and Teresa Wagner Rock !!!!!!

My wife and I have been customer's of Wagner's Auto for 20yrs. Mark first started his business in West Chicago Illinois several year's ago. The business moved to Batavia Illinois a few year's ago and we are still very loyal customer's to this day. Mark is an ASE Certified Mechanic highly skilled in his profession. Mark and his wife will go the extra mile needed to ensure customer satisfaction no matter the auto problem - major or minor !!! He has kept all of the car's in our family in tip top shape as long as we have known him. He is the only person that we trust to change our oil every 4000 miles and do any repair's needed that occur throughout the year. We totally trust Mark in his maintenace of our vehicles and to diagnose and repair any problem's that may occur throughout the year. Mark and Teresa currently have a rental car available to customer's to use so they don't have to miss time from work if repair's are needed on their vehicle. Expertise,convenience,competitive pricing,and friendly describe Mark and Teresa Wagner. Several of my co-worker's also entrust Mark to work on their vehicles and to perform yearly preventative maintenance. Again I used Mark Wagner for my Car repairs and the service was just great.
He is a true and honest professional. I won't go anywhere else for my repairs .
When people complain about their repairs , I hand them Mark Wagner's card.

Found this place by looking at the Car Talk database of recommended auto mechanics -- these folks have 6 great reviews, which is, well, about 6 more than any other shop in my area. So I checked them out. Mark diagnosed the problem accurately checked out the rest of the car, gave me a reasonable price, fixed the car and got it back to me in a timely fashion. Couldn't ask for more!
TIP: When you are headed to this place, it will look like you have to enter the Fermilab property, but the shop is just before the Fermilab entrance, on the north side of Wilson.

My Dad has been taking his cars to Mark ever since his neighbor recommended Wagners. When my daughter's car wouldn't start while she was in Batavia, we had it towed to Wagner's instead of nearer to our house, 25 minutes away. Mark found the problem (electrical), fixed it the next day, and explained everything he did in detail. Also, when I told "car guy" friends of mine, they couldn't believe he found the problem so quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to make the 25 minute drive to have Mark work on any of my vehicles.

Mark is a very honest and great mechanic. He has been our mechanic for years, tells us when we need the repair and when the repair can wait based on need. Due to his location, he doesn't get a lot of "foot traffic", but don't let that fool you. If you are looking for the above qualities in a mechanic, look no further.
