Gary is very unprofessional and should NOT be doing anything in relation to customer service. Wouldn't bring my car there if I was on four flats and my engine was smoking.

Whoever said there's no honest mechanics have never been to Brach's. They are the best here. I chanced upon them when my car's tire was going flat. They couldn't fix it, but fixed it enough so I could make it to a tire shop, (for free). They are the best. I have been taking all of my vehicles here for work and the prices are better than most and they are too good to me. I love Tom & Gary. They hook a sista up!

I have appreciated Brach's and how honest they've been. They've saved me from being exploited by the dealer. They don't talk down to me. I am 95% sure they have never asked to do anything unnecessary. My only concern is that they cost A LOT: $90 per hour. But if you are looking for someone trustworthy, they are the people to go to.

I love these guys.
I am driving a POS--a 2002 Saturn with 128K miles on it. It has issues. Last week, I found myself needing to address one of these issues--the fact that the car seemed to want to die whenever it rained or got foggy or humid. Tom explained to me clearly and in great detail EXACTLY what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. And he had it done the same day--which is HUGE for me.
The only thing that broke my heart is that I had already spent just GROSS amounts of money that I might have been able to avoid if I'd taken it to Tom in the first place. :(

I took my car here after my air conditioner burned out. I appreciated that they gave me options as my car is on it's last leg and not worth putting in 1000's of dollars of work. I forgot his name, but our phone conversations were delightful. I would bring my car back here.

I inquired about having a wheel stud replaced and they gave me a price of $60-$70. They told me it would be at least an hour's worth of work. A place down the street did it for for $15.
I ain't sayin'. I'm just sayin'.

Straight-forward honest mechanics without all the hoorah. I needed a used car checked out and they told me everything what was wrong with it. Only problem is I wish I would have had them look over the car before I purchased it. Brach's will be on my speed dial when I ever I have problems and will recommend them to friends.

Brach's Auto Center has been repairing my car over the last 20 years and they always do a great job. If there is any problem with their work, Brach's will take care of it. They offer a one year warranty on their service which I did not have a problem with them honoring.

Brach's Auto is a place you can truly trust. I brought my car here after it was serviced by a dealership who missed 3 lights being out (even though they said they checked all the lights). Brach's Auto caught the lights when they inspected the vehicle before working on my brakes etc. Their work was timely and thorough. Everyone there is very friendly. I will never go back to the dealership after that experience and am very satisfied with Brach's!

I went to Brach's when I needed help with a piece that was hanging off of the front of my car after hitting a pigeon on the way to work. Even though they were booked solid that afternoon, Gary looked at the car immediately, pinned the piece back up, and sent me on my way.

They are very professional and courteous. I have been looking for a place to take my car to for maintenance and repairs once my vehicle warranty ran out. Finding a repair shop that is very knowledgeable at what they do and not looking to rip you off is hard to find. They will diagnose the problem and explain in detail what the problem is. I would highly recommend Brachs to everyone looking for an honest place to have your car worked on for maintenance or repairs. I was 100% Satisfied with their work. I will be making this my go to place for my Cars.

My experience at Brach's Auto Center has been nothing but spectacular, whether it is for a small check-up or more significant repairs. They are knowledgeable and able to explain in understandable terms what is happening with my car and why it matters . . . or doesn't because sometimes, there are repairs that may be needed but that can wait. I always feel like they have my best interest and safety in mind. Even though I will soon be moving out of the neighborhood, I already plan on trying to continue to take my car to be serviced here.
