Brought plenty of cars here all because of the way I was treated my first time here. The car was diagnosed and the problem was found promptly. Tony explained to me what the problem was and what steps were needed to take in order to fix that problem. The work was all done professionally and I couldn't be happier. Fair pricing. Great service. Will continue to come back and will continue sharing my great experience with anyone that needs a shop to get work done. Good job NCA!

I started going to NCA about 2 years ago because it is 5 minutes from my house instead of 35 minutes going to the BMW dealer. Tony has done several things for me from an oil change to a complete brake job. He knows his stuff and the cost is definitely lower the dealer. In fact I'm about to drive over to his place in about 30 minutes.

If you want to pay ALOT of MONEY and get treated like DIRT than this is the place for you. I can guarantee all the good reviews he has are definitely from his friends and family no way a REAL CUSTOMER could've gave this place a good review. This place deserves zero stars. Tony the owner "or so as he claims" is one of the rudest people you will ever meet. I took my BMW 330I here to replace a knock sensor and during the replacement of the knock sensor he broke 2 hoses of the car and charged me $700 to replace it. He will rip you off like no joke. BMW charged me a better deal than he did. B.S. should be this companies name cause that's all they do. Save your self the money, respect and hassle and do not go to this place!!! I'm going to warn everyone from coming here that's how bad this place is.

This place is owned by a previous fields bmw technician. He did a job a while a go for my seven series. I remember it was replacing couple coolant hoses and a belt. After I was charged $300 not including parts, my vehicle blows the coolant hose and spits all the antifreeze. I had to take it to Patrick's BMW and the service manager informed me that who ever did this job didn't take the air from the coolant system! This process was very easy since there was a bleeding screw on the radiator to remove air pressure and hence balance the water flow into the engine. This was not done ! And I don't believe mr Tony didn't know about it. However, Patricks BMW did this for free for my vehicle and toped the fluids while I was respectively waiting and drinking my complimentary coffee.
I'm sorry but I don't recommend this business to anyone. It could've been better experience but what goes around comes around.
Thanks to yelp

Fields BMW wanted $650 to fix the sensor - it was completed by Tony's guys for $450. On time, under budget. Very happy customer.

I feel like most of the reviews here are done by friends of the owners. Because the works there are very mean and very rude. When I decided to do the work myself instead of having NCA do the work for almost $3000 the mechanic immediately snapped "Do you think I would do it for free?". I was not rude, I was just not ready to drop $3K. They were always rude to me over the phone too but I just gave them the benefit of the doubt because they have a bunch of cars there. Never again will I go there or send anyone their way. I hope for their success but also that they start being more respectful.

I just purchased an 06' BMW M5 and came across NCA Motorsports. Just was driving by and decided to stop in. I met with Tony and told him I wanted an inspection on my car. He did a complete inspection and found a few parts I needed to replace. He was fair and even did some additional work for me for a good price. I left satisfied. Mind you an M5 isn't cheap for parts, but I felt he knows his business and stayed in touch with me while he had my car. Even gave it a wash and had it ready to go when I arrived. Nice people. I plan on bringing in my Mercedes GL 550 to have it serviced. His staff is very nice as welll. A job well done.

I am so lucky I found NCA Motorsport with Tony in Morton Grove, IL. I'd been going to the dealership to get my car fix because I feel awkward letting anyone other than BMW people work on my car. Someone had referred me to NCA with Tony awhile ago but was skeptical. When I can't get an appointment with the dealership, I was desperate to gety brakes fix. So I called TONY up early in the morning and he took me in the same day. Tony is very knowledgeable about BMWs and I completely trust him to work one BMW anytime. Tony is also so nice and understanding about my needs. His price is super reasonable and saved me so much money than the dealership!!! Never going to the dealership again. Thank you Tony for all your help, I really appreciate your kindness and great job on my Bimmer. I recommend NCA Motorsport to everyone. Thank you again!

Arggg, took my car to autocross this weekend. Just noticing that power steering fluid was way over filled by them once I checked the level. No wonder oil was spilling out through the vent hole at the top of reservoir.

If there is one elusive thing in life, it is finding a reliable, and honest auto mechanic. Look no further, Tony is your guy!
If you own a BMW, the Fields dealership will talk about all the "perks" they offer in their fancy establishment. Warning, these are not free, you are paying for them, and you are paing dearly! Mom took X5 in for oil change. She got suckered into replacing CV boot while there. By the time she got home, she said her car was making a loud noise, and alternator light was on. Took car back to dealer, who said, "boy, we have never seen this before, but the alternator literally broke in half!". Charged here $2000 to fix it! I told her she was scammed, as they probably damaged it while working on the CV boot. About 7.5K later, she had ABS and 4 x 4 lights on. Went back to Fields. i told her to not authorize any service, other than the oil change, until I could review it with the delaer. They wanted $6000 to replace the transaxle, among other things.
With compete frustration, talked to freinds, and found Tony at NCA Motorsports in Morton Grove.
Took the car, and the Fields diagnostic report to him. $1200 later, the real problem was fixed. Tony showed us the parts he replaced, the problems he found and repaired, and walked us through the reccomended future maintenance the car actually needs (by pointing out the signs, and showing us the parts that need attention). This guy is tops! Go to the dealer for the free car wash and food, then take your car to NCA motorsports for honest, and excellent service!!!!!

I first heard about Tony from a friend of mine. He recommended him to me few years ago when he still worked on the side out of his garage. I needed some basic maintenance things done (oil etc etc)
First thing that convinced me about him was the fact that his garage seemed to be more organized than any other shop I have ever seen in my life. He looked over my car, told me what I will need to get done in the future and always paid attention to details.
I have done several repairs with Tony over the years. First at the garage and most recent ones in the shop.
He is hands down the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever seen and will definitely never take my car into any other place.
There is never any guessing with him. He knows his stuff really well and can answer any questions you throw at him.
If anyone is looking for a one stop shop that can get it done right the first time look no further. NCA motorsports is the place.
They use quality parts(not the Chinese crap that lasts a month), do quality work and can face any problem your previous mechanic could never figure out how to fix.
I've always recommended Tony's shop to all my friends and have not heard anyone complain
Thanks a lot Tony for many years of your great work and looking forward for many more to come

If there is such a thing as an honest mechanic, Tony is it!
For example, my car dealership told me I had an engine problem and was going to be about $1,500 for the repair. I wanted a second opinion, so I took it to Tony. Tony checked it out and said the dealership wrong... there was actually nothing wrong other than a loose oil filter (or something like that). It's been about 15,000 miles since then and no problems. Ever since, I take my cars to him for everything minor to major. My wife had a deep scratch on her Mini, and Tony took care of the problem and had the vehicle repainted for half of what the dealership wanted.
It's great doing business locally...

I don't really know why the last two reviews were so negative. Tony and his guys are nothing but honest and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable on all vehicles especially BMW. I've been coming to NCA for over 4 years now and I have to say that Tony takes care of me every single time. If you want your car fixed the first time around, then go to NCA. And there prices are a fraction of what you would pay at the dealer. So to sum it up, you get dealer experience and workmanship for a fraction of the cost.

I moved from Phoenix Az to the Chicagoland area and was nervous about finding a reputable shop to work on my BMW, until I found NCA Motorsports. Tony and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all aspects of foreign auto repair. NCA does quality work at reasonable prices, I wouldn't take my BMW anywhere else!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! If you want your car fixed at a HIGH PRICE rate while you get TREATED like DIRT and DISRESPECTED than this is the place for you. Tony the owner is ready to rip you off the second you walk in. I'm going to warn everyone not to go to this place!!! I'm serious STAY AWAY from this place. They have no idea what they're doing at all! He tries to set a impression as if he does. But this shop is so WHACK they don't even know how to replace an IDRIVE. They suck!! It's a shop run by a bunch of uneducated bafoons especially TONY! This place deserves Negative Stars

Overpriced, rude, dishonest. That pretty much described the style of management at that shop. Don't make the same mistake I did, avoid it at all cost.
