Been going here ever since I could drive and I have def put all my cars through the ultimate durability tests. Thanks to efficient professional staff at Bill's Village Marathon, I've never gone a day without a car because they couldn't fix it. They are reliable, dependable, they don't cut corners and they do everything the right way. Which exactly what I'm looking for when getting my car tuned-up or fixed because after all, our cars are the only thing standing between life and death on the road. Plus the whole staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. Thanks Bill's Village Marathon!

Bill's Village Marathon in Elk Grove
is a great place to take your vehicle for service.
Bill's mechanics are all top notch all are certified. I have been taking my cars to Bill for years and have to say they are a rare gem out there in the auto repair business.

One word: Rude.
I called to see if I could squeeze in that evening and have my brakes looked at. They'd suddenly started grinding, it sounded like something a bit more serious than worn brake pads, and I didn't want to be driving around on them more than necessary.
I understand that people can't move their schedules around to accommodate me. If there are no holes in your schedule to fit me in, that's perfectly fine. What I don't appreciate is being scolded. His exact response to me was "You do realize it's quarter to 3, right?" Yeah, I can read a clock, thank you. If you can't do it, okay, but there's no reason to be a smart @ss about it.
In comparison, I called a competitor and was treated with respect. Even though they were booked too, they were sympathetic and offered to do a quick check to see if it was something they could fit in. Will they be able to fix it tonight? Maybe not. But at least I was treated like an adult.
