The starter was faulty. The oil trap that was installed if it even was poorly done. The car was towed down to them to fix the issue pertaining to the starter since the car wouldn't start again. This business owner was hot headed charging additional money to get the car out of the lot. Since they fixed a nut that pertained to the starter. The business owner came in when we refused to pay them and started yelling and pointing his finger at myself and my mom. Saying that I am lucky to have the counter in between him. My mom pointed a finger back and he pushed her hand out of the way. I felt threatened by this man. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. Mocking my moms accent and calling my dad a drunk. Said we have 5 minutes to get him cash since he wasn't accepting my card. Once I came in with money to get this done he started apologizing and hugging my mom? I will never recommend anyway to come here. Period. Fake from the beginning to end.

I have been a long time customer of Eurotek Automotive and I cannot believe what some people are saying. Cliff and CJ are the most honest trustworthy people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. 1st with my old Mercedes they brought it back to life and made it a enjoyable car again to drive and now with my 335XI I had just bought and the owner said it had a oil leak that 3 other shops could not locate and when I called them on the phone he told me what he thought it was and to bring it in. Long story short he was correct fixed the problem and now no more oil leak. THANK YOU EUROTEK!!!! you guys are the best and god bless you we need more people like you around here.

This is the second time I've taken my 2010 vw Jetta to eurotek and I am always so happy with these guys. They have taken my car in both times on little to no notice and I have gotten it back in two days. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job. I have no complaints with these guys. This is the only place I trust to work on my car. I highly recommend.
