My Family and I have been going to Advantage Auto close to 20 years now. Bob and Jennifer are very nice and are always willing to help. They take the time to answer all your questions and explain why the issue may have occurred. Not only that, Bob has provided me personally with suggestions on new tires when I need them and also recommended some makes/models to look at when I was in the market for a new car. I will always recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Bob (owner), Jennifer (comptroller) and the staff have gone many extra miles for me on several occasions. I moved into this area about two years ago and I was really happy to find an auto care facility that truly provides value. There is no doubt they care about their customers and take pride in doing the right thing.

My 2007 Mitsubishi was pretty close to being a paper weight. At 116,000 miles it needed serious suspension work and practically a complete engine overhaul, which if I took it back to a dealer would have cost me close to $3500. But on the recommendation of my brother and couple of other people, I gave Advantage a call. That was one of the best car related decisions I've ever made. Bob took my car, did all the work and in three short days gave it back to me running like it was almost brand new and for a fair price. I can't recommend Bob and Advantage Auto enough. If you have a problem with your vehicle, bring it here. You won't regret it.

No stars really....they tried to charge $25 to change a light bulb on my daughters car. When I called to ask them to stop, Bob got on the phone and said it was done. When I tried to talk to him, he got very defensive and nasty. I told him that I would have her pay but I would let people know about his business practices. He then removed the bulb, told my daughter that he thought $15 was a reasonable price and he didn't need business like mine. Then when he handed over the car he told my daughter that he wasn't even going to charge her. Was this supposed to make us feel bad? I think not! The guy is a hot head and over charges!!

While being subcontracted by Advanced, we were immediately impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the entire staff. Be it with customers in the shop or on the phone. Jennifer is simply amazing and personable, and the muscle in the shop definitely have brains, too. We will forever recommend Advantage Auto Repair, Inc to ALL of our clients for service work.

A brake light on my mother's car needed to be replaced. Advance Auto Parts, across the street from Advantage, was empty with five employees standing around. They said they would sell us the bulb, but that we would have to replace it ourselves. So, we left there and went across the street to Advantage. Not only did they replace the part, but they did not charge my mother. The people at Advantage were courteous and helpful. We will be taking Mom's car to Advantage Auto Repair for any work we need done in the future. Thank you for your help.
