This body shop is very honest and they have great customer service. Was going out of town after our wedding and an accident. They worked to get everything done before our big day, changed the oil, the whole works as they knew we were going on a road trip. Two weeks later when I had a separate mechanical incident, I took my car back and George the owner checked it out and fixed the issue for FREE! I will certainly be taking my cars back to them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

We've keep going back.
Five accidents in 1 year, & John does everything he can to help us out.
This last time, John offered to buff out the scratches on our Corolla ( not related to the accident & even replaced a stolen hub cap, no charge) & when my daughter's Lexus needed new rear brakes ( discovered when a tire was replaced after an accident) John gave us the part for cost. It only cost us $185.00 for rear pads & rotors.
While I was there, several repeat customers were coming in.

Strong winds blew some debris into my car and scratched the hood. We have comprehensive insurance with SF and West Suburban Auto Body is one of their preferred auto bodies. Jon and his team made it painless to get the hood repainted. He took care of all the paperwork with my insurer. All I did was drop the car off and pick it up a few days later. The hood is in perfect shape again. Thanks, Jon!

I bought a "new to me" 2012 Audi A6 on a recent Saturday and fell in love immediately. I was dealt a crushing blow when just 3 days later a woman in a mini van, hell bent on destruction, t-boned me out of nowhere. Despite my best efforts to avoid her, her determination to hit me won out.
After calling many body shops only to be told they had long waits to start the car West Suburban came to the rescue.
They quickly ordered parts and talked me through the plan.
Overall they did really nice work, my car is back to perfect and they did a nice job of cleaning it up after. My only complaint is how long they took to complete the job ( I was warned by the insurance company about this). Parts were harder to locate and set us back, and I had to call for updates. With delays like that I wish they would have called me instead of the opposite.
Even with the delays I would use them again, hope I don't have to.

Amazing body shop! They were courteous, Honda, friendly, efficient and fast. What more to ask for? We were rear ended on our brand new car, causing extensive damage to the bumper, rear lift gate, rear floor and back right corner. Our reputable and well-respected insurance company tried to lowball us, wanting to fix parts that were clearly beyond repair. Jonathan and his team at West Suburban stepped into the situation with excellence. They called our insurance adjustor back out and showed him why our damage needed replacement parts and not just pounding them out. This almost doubled the original estimate, but it was the right thing to do. I got the car back, and it is as good as new! Thanks West Suburban!

Unfortunately I have come in for car repairs twice now, but thankfully it has been a great experience working with this autobody shop and specifically Jon. He was very understanding of the situation, walked me through the process, and went above and beyond for me. I couldn't be happier with the service and meeting such a respectable and trustworthy person like Jon. I highly recommend West Suburban AutoBody inc and would work with them again if need be!

listen up all my friends .. do not pass up the perfect auto & body shop in glen ellyn.. i have worked in a call center for over 25 yrs.. our reputaion was focused on customer care... well it looks like i found a duplicate , these guys are amazing ..when you walk in they realize you are so upset do to a car issue... so their kindness & support comes into sight ... american family insurance sent me to these guys & they must have known what they were doing because i am so so happy with my car & service thank you all .. sherrie accomando

I just got back from Korea last week. I was there for a teaching job. I left my 2007 Honda Civic in my friend's garage for the past 6 months. Took it out for a ride the other day and everything was fine except the radio didn't work. The sound was gone. First I thought it was the speakers but the wiring was fine. Also the led display panel was going in and out so I took it Honda Lisle. After waiting there for an hour they told me I needed a break job and also oil change. They also gave me the estimate for the radio. So the total with everything was $1300 dollars. I almost threw up in my mouth. I asked around and my parents told me that they had their car repaired at West Suburban and they did a great job. I told them that it is a body shop and they probably don't do any mechanical or electrical work. But they insisted and trust me you can't win an argument with Asian parents. So I made an appointment on Wednesday, brought my car in and it took about them 20 mins to look at it.
George (Manager) suggested that I should get an OEM surplus radio and he'll do the breaks(ceramic pads) and oil change for $200.00. It was a great deal so I left my car there for the brakes and oil change. 30 mins later he called me and told me that he found a radio for me and that it would cost about $250 so I jumped on it. It was an OEM radio that fit and worked perfectly. I walked out saving over 700 dollars!!!! Lesson to be learned: Always listen to your parents!!!

I was parked at the mall and some criminal hit my front fender and bumper.. My insurance recommended me to go to West Suburban Auto Body Shop. The shop was clean and friendly, unlike most body shops that i've ever been to. That was definitely a green light for me because it told me that they care about their shop and their customers as well. Anyways, what was supposed to be a 3 day job they did in half the time. Yay. It came out beautiful and they buffed my car for free too :) Fell in love with my BMW all over again. Def Recommended !!!

I actually had great customer service at this location they did great work on my car and it took a little longer then expected. I didn't have rental coverage nor the extra cash to pay for a rental car. They paid for my rental for over a week. John and his team did a great job. Would highly recommended WOW customer service is hard to find!

I had this place perform some body work on my passenger door and within 8 months rust started to appear after his work and owner would not repair his faulty work and he claimed it was a factory issue since he wanted to pass the buck. No other parts on my car show rust besides the door he worked on. Don't trust or use this company as they are crooks and will lie to you any chance he gets - and life time warranty on his work - thats a joke. They also have rental cars and he tried to rip me off for an extra day I did not use and they acted in a very un-professional way where I had to contact the rental place corporate headquarters to get a full refund and the employee who acted unprofessional was fired by headquarters. This business is a sad operation and gives a bad reputation for others as well. I would highly recommend to never do business with this company as you will regret otherwise.

Worst aug body shop around. I set up an appointment to get my car fixed and carved out a whole week for this to be done. Yet it sat outside for the whole week and wasn't touched at all. when you set an appoint meant your suppose to stick to it. so if you want to wait forever to get your car done go here, if not go somewhere else which i highly recommend.

Mr. George helped me fix the door covering my gas tank when it got stuck shut and didn't even charge me. He and another employee jumped up to help me as soon as I stopped in.
