My husband found RightWay and takes his '54 award-winning truck there! Now, I take my 2002 Toyota Solara there when it needs help... and it sure did just a few days ago... it wouldn't start!!!!! And it was pretty mysterious why it wouldn't start... took quite a bit of figuring out... but, RightWay did it!!!!! Sooo happy!!! I am usually so wary to try new mechanic shops, so I did a lot of research and decided on Rightway based on Yelp and Google reviews. I'm so glad that I went with them. The people I worked with were very kind and extremely courteous and helpful. I know next to nothing about cars, but they typed up a summary and emailed it to me about what needed to be done. The prices were also very fair. I will definitely be a regular customer in the future.

2 out 5 stars got a lot excuses and the alignment was barely in spec.I spent twice the money because it took them more time.its too bad the time they spent wasn't spent very wisely.you could see one wheel was tilted badly the wrong way.I had a mechanic fix it. (Not rightway)A whole bunch of time and money spent,for a simple alignment procedure I had all new front end parts so the issue was their skill.I suppose they can do simple repairs well.Obviously shimming a control arm is not one of them.

Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Scott and Sean were a pleasure to deal with--even when costly repairs popped up that made this girl a little grouchy. They kept in communication with me and were always friendly and professional.
This shop is a bit off the beaten path, but totally worth the trip.

I can't express enough how incredible their customer service is. Scott is awesome and makes an effort to develop a personal relationship with all his customers. I will never bring a vehicle anywhere else as long as I live in the Indianapolis area. He turned my 1999 Accord into a well running long lasting vehicle. His pricing is honest as well and all the work they do is very thorough. All repairs I have had done have a two year 100% warranty. I would highly recommend this place for all automotive needs they can do it all :)

A car repair group you can trust. They make honest evaluation and let you make the choice. No high pressure sales games and no made up repairs. It is hard to find a trust worthy mechanic, but I found one with right way. Example: Took my Mazda to a Mazda dealer because of rough idle and got the run around and huge estimate. Right way found a simple part and bad vacuum hose. Car runs like a dream!! They take care of all my vehicles.

4/1/16 This is NOT an April Fool joke -- Five stars to Rightway! They treat their customers very well - are honest, have fair prices, are very courteous and stand behind their work with a great guarantee. Their front office and shop are clean & well-kept. They were recommended by a friend - have been going to them for about 3 years now for routine things like oil changes and they've done several big repairs as well for a decent price. They did it right because I've never had to take my car back for problems with any work they've done. They offer discount coupons to their regulars. My favorite thing about them is that as a woman, I can take my car in and they never make you feel awkward or intimidated. Always very polite to you. So ladies, I highly recommend them for just this alone! If anyone is interested in quality car care, go to Rightway - they take good care of you.

This was my first time going to Rightway Automotive. I found them through an online search for auto repair facilities in and around my zip code. After evaluating a few other facilities, the reviews I read about Rightway Automotive's customer service and knowledge/experience with car repairs solidified my decision to go there. My car was having some pretty big issues making grinding sound when I started the car followed by a burning smell. I called Rightway Automotive and they were able to have me bring my car in the next morning. From the very first phone call my interactions with them have been amazing. When they finished diagnosing my car, they called to give me an update and I learned that my A/C compressor pretty much "blew up" and needed to be replaced. When Bill called to tell me the bad news he was informative, friendly, compassionate and very understanding when I asked questions and even called him back trying to rationalize the costs and work that needed to be done. Car repairs are never something we 'look forward to' and almost always carry a pretty big price tag. This was no different in my case. The 'bright side' though is that they were willing to work to try and keep my costs as low as they could while not short changing me or my car. They not only take care of your vehicle by doing great work, they take care of you, the customer as well with exceptional customer service! Not to mention, I get a 2-year warranty and my car working like it's supposed to once again! Oh, and did I mention that they actually came to get me (in my car) when the repairs were done because I didn't have a way to pick up the car when it was ready since everyone was at work? AMAZING! They have earned my business and my recommendation and although I hope I don't have to take it back in any time soon, if/when I do, I'm taking it to Rightway Automotive.
