These guys were great.....near perfect! Their quote was right on, they got the work done as quick as possible and it was done right.

After my mother hit my car on Christmas Eve I needed a good place to get my car fixed up. Knowing little to nothing about cars I asked around and Langford's was recommended. Luckily it was pretty close to work. I called right away and scheduled an estimate. The estimate was quick and painless and they were very straight forward with me. After the estimate I quickly made my appointment for the next week. I dropped my car off Monday evening and by Friday at noon it was complete! The price was lower than expected and they were very easy to work with. The part I appreciate the most was that a few days later I received a thank you card from the company! Love the little gestures! I would reccomend this place to anyone looking to get their car fixed up!

Just after Christmas 2014 I was in an accident with both front and rear damage. The car was a brandnew Toyota and ended up having extensive damage. We have taken our vehicles to Langfords for many years and this situation was no different.
The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The people are great to work with and very accommodating. They kept us informed of the progress and were very nice every time they called.
The finished product was meticulous. You would never guess the car had been in an accident.
Langfords had great customer service and is most definitely in the business of fixing cars and exceeding the customers expectations.
Langfords will always have my business

Quite possibly the cleanest, best maintained body shop I've been to! While most might think "who cares!" I was impressed by this - it tells me they have pride in their business and the work they do. Besides, if they take that kind of care around their premises, it makes me think they'll do the same with my buggy.
We took our van here for some "spiffing up" that included buffing out minor body scuffs and a full detailing. It looked exactly as was hoped when we retrieved it and the price was very reasonable. I've seen detailing alone at a nearby shop priced much higher than what Langford's charged.
We will be taking our other two vehicles here as well for the detailing and I certainly would rely on these guys for collision repair if we ever need it.
Ask for Greg, he'll take good care of you!

Greg at Langford's was awesome. I brought in my 2013 Honda Accord that was in serious need of some paint restoring. His crew buffed, waxed, and polished my car and it literally looked like new when they were done. You could really see the hard work and time they put into it. Best thing was the price was very reasonable.

Langford's Collision Repair is the best in the business! They treat you like family, they care about each and every customer, and they pride themselves on the quality of their work. Greg Langford and the entire team always go above and beyond. Any person or insurance company looking to have any type of auto body work needs to check out Langfords! You will be happy you did.

I took my car to get an estimate at Langford's a few weeks ago and was very happy and satisfied with the customer service and the professionalism of the entire staff. I worked with Dustin the entire time from start to finish. Dustin was personable, helpful and very knowledgeable. EVERYONE in the entire office was very helpful and kind. I had my entire front bumper painted and replaced on my Infiniti. The repair(s) took 2 days. The turnaround time was very quick. I dropped the car off on Friday and the car was ready on Monday by 1:00pm. I had visited many other collision repair shops but did not care for the way I was treated. Customer service is everything. I wouldn't recommend ANY other repair shop other than Langford's Collision Repair.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. My insurance suggested I go here to get my car fixed. There was minor damage so I didn't figure it would take long to repair. I took my car there on a Monday, was told it would be finished on Thursday but Friday at the absolute latest. I called Thursday to check to see if it was done and then they tell me it will be finished Monday at the latest. I call Monday and they say it won't be finished until Wednesday and they would call me. It's Wednesday and I did not receive a call and when I tried to call them they were closed. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve so I'm sure they will be closed until Monday so they will have had my car for two weeks when they initial said 4 days. There was zero communication they never called once it was always me calling them. They also never apologized about the delays. I would never recommend them to anyone.
