Direct detail came to my house in Naperville to detail my car . It only took two hours and once they were done I was amazed at how clean my car looked . My car was filthy from the long Chicago winter. So I made an appointment with Direct Detail to come to my house to do an Interior and exterior detail. I have had my car detailed in the past a few times and have never been satisfied by the outcome. I heard about Direct Detail from a friend and decide to try out detailing one more time. There were many swirl marks in my paint and Direct Detail was able to buff them out and make my car look almost brand new. Then I had them shampoo my carpets which were full of salt stains and dirt from the harsh winter weather. After completing the interior and exterior service I was more than pleased with my car. It looked better than even and dealing with Direct Detail couldn't have been easier. I plan on becoming a regular customer with Direct Detail and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professional detailing work.

I have a boat in Burnham harbor, and it is a lot of work to keep clean. I called Direct detail and they were able to accommodate me immediately and did a great job. I not have them coming to the boat once a month to do a cleaning which keeps my boat looking like knew! So I decided to have my car done as well. I have had my car for six years now, and have never had it professionally detailed, I could not believe how exceptional clean my car was after my detail with Direct Detail. I hate even waiting to take my car through the car wash, it was great to be able to set up an appointment and they will come to your house or business to clean your car. I purchased their signature detail, they meet me at my house after i got off work, so i was able to cook dinner for my family and get my car detailed at the same time. I was so please with their work, I don't think my car was this clean when i bought it! They cleaned every nook and cranny, nothing was over looked. I had them De Oxidize my headlights, my lights are brighter than ever before and it makes it so much easier to see at night. I also had the smoke odor and bacteria remover done, and my car no longer has that stale smoke smell. I cant say enough good things about Direct Detail.

Mr. Jim's had to order a new rim for one of my tires as well as new hub cap as well as replace the original tire. We looked at the shape of all the remaining tires and replaced an additional two tires. We saved the best one. Everything we needed was ordered and ready when I brought the car in for service ! I feel safer on road, It rides like a Dream!

Great service! I would suggest everybody I know to repair their cars in Mr. Jim's. I got a small accident last week. The rear bumper touched the exhaust pipe, so I can hear noise while driving. I went to some other body shops. They asked for several hundred dollars for this. In the end I went to Mr. Jim's. They easily fixed the problem by separate the bumper from the exhaust pipe. And the didn't ask for any money!
