I was there for oil change 6220 St. Andrews Road IRMO, SC 29212 And who's did my oil change left the oil cap on the top of the car battery and the oil stick out . And when I talked to the manger there he said ( everybody making mistakes ) and he told me just go Go !!!! Bad manger bad employ never ever go back again . And to every one go there open your hood and check before you leave the shop . They don't know what they doing . And good luck for who's go there .

Went for their free AC check. After less than 10 minutes they told me my compressor was bad and after another 10 minutes after the man fat-fingered a calculator, told me that it would cost $1250 to replace the whole AC system? Wow...

i ve been coming here for oil change for while, but not anymore!! their management is not good, the store nanager is very defensive, angry person! how he run his business with bad attitudes!! i brought my car here for oil change, and when i got home i checked my oil and it was half full. i called back the shop and explained what happened, he said that is not his problem!!
i had to take my car another shop to check it!! you just can not say or do that to your customers!!!!
i will not recommend this meineke at all!! you will waste ur time and money!!! friend of mine had problems with them too!

Id first like say that, until today, we've had nothing but great experiences having our cars serviced here. That said, the man i generally deal with wasnt here today, and the fellow left in his stead seems like he was dammed near willing to run business off rather than encourage the spending of money by the customer. First thing he says to me was, "its gonna be like 20 minutes before i can even get to you. " i told him that was fine, and he loudly grunted and sighed, seemingly in disgust. Anything he asked me was lined with attitude and apathy. I know this is just one of your employees and not your business as a whole, which is why I'm still getting my car service here, but an employee's attitude should neve be an impediment to your business making money.

They did complete the inspection form that I brought in as requested, but wanted to charge me $200.00 to replace a turn signal bulb on my 2006 Cadillac with two hours of labor. I declined, payed my bill for the inspection, and went to the actual Cadillac dealership, where they performed the service for a little more than a quarter of that cost and, after the wait time, my car was in and out of the shop in about 40 minutes. How does the Cadillac dealership charge less? The address is incorrect, so arrange to spend time looking for the actual location of the shop if you make an appointment, since it's different than what the website says. My experience of the customer service was unpleasant as it felt rushed and impersonal. Although this was my first experience with the company, I would not recommend this location to others and will not return.
