Fantastic Value!!

Now, I don't have a lot of experience with collision repair centers, but I DID get a lot of estimates on my broken side mirror before settling on this place. I bought an aftermarket mirror, and in the process of getting estimates, discovered that many places refuse to install aftermarket parts, even if it looks the exact same as the factory part. Also, a handful of places won't just do work on 1 damaged part if there are other damaged parts. I needed my mirror painted, and then I was just going to install it myself. 5th Dimension painted my mirror and did a very good job of it. The other places I went to to get estimates charged more money to have it painted, and these facilities weren't anywhere near as nice as 5th Dimension's place; they were actually rather cramped, dark, and ran down. This place is bright, clean, and feels comforting. I like the staff at this place, too. They are very polite and helpful, and they don't waste time. They accept credit cards, which helps a huge majority of people, whether you're paying out-of-pocket or not.

They did an AWESOME job on my car. Pretty much what others have said. Like new, spotless inside and out, highly recommend. And Penny and Kristen the two that I spoke with were so kind. Took care of everything and put me at ease with the whole process. Can't say enough good things about them!

I just picked my car up from 5D and I am so impressed with every aspect of this company! Every employee I had the pleasure of dealing with was exceptional, kind, and courteous. They went out of their way to fix my back bumper and tail lights along with the repairs that I originally brought my car in to be fixed. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I was T-boned on Christmas Eve, and I was devastated. My car is my baby, and they made it look brand spankin new! Thank you ALL so much I will never go anywhere else, ever! WARNING!!!!!!!! Anyone even thinking about ever working at 5th dimension or applying for a job there RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! The employers here treat their employees horrible!! Scream and yell profanities at their employees and treat them like dogs!!! No employee should ever be subjected to this kind of abuse!!!!! These people are monsters and have no business being in this field!!! If they wanted to be in the car business they should work in a car wash!!!

By far, this is the best business in town to bring your vehicle. My wife and I consider our cars part of the family and finding a shop that can be trusted and performs quality work is exceedingly difficult. We would never take our car anywhere else, as they are honest and they treat your car as if it was their own. Our Acura looks absolutely amazing.

My car got hit while parked, just a few weeks before I had to go back to a daily commute to work. I had to buy it back from the insurance company, and do what I could to make it drivable and safe within the budget I now had available. My mechanic for the last 7 years recommended me to stop by 5th Dimension; since the moment I arrived I was welcomed and thoroughly walked through my options. Scott himself came out and came up with a tailored estimate that would allow me to have the car ready in a timely manner, but more importantly, he came up with an estimate that would fit the budget I had available. I could go on, and on, but the point is that I got my car back, looking GREAT, working just fine, and satisfied as a customer. Great work, place and people!

At first, I was impressed with this place. The waiting room is nice and the staff friendly. My vehicle looked great once I picked it up. However, I took it for a ride and noticed a lot of wind noise. They gave me a courtesy car and told me they needed to apply some weather stripping. If I could stop there, I would. I picked the car up the next day and drove home. I noticed a rattling in the door. A mechanic forgot to connect the door lock in the door, so another return was required. The issue was fixed...for about three months. The noise came back, but when I called to see if it could be fixed, I was told too much time had passed for them to fix it for free. Great customer service up front, 10 yards from par on quality repair, and pretty shy of acceptable when it came to standing behind their work.

I believe the owners do a very good job with the business. And I believe they spend most of their time in the shop and not managing the customer service side of the business. For quality of work I would give them five stars and for customer service I would give them one star. I found my interactions with their office staff very unprofessional and very unpleasant. And today I was called by a third-party company that they gave my contact information to. I don't think they should be passing out customer information without the customers consent.!

I feel this is the best collision repair center in town. They are honest, and I like how they have the computer right in front of you, to show you the parts that need to be replaced when they pull up the model of your vehicle. They work with all insurance companies. I am really picky about my Ford Ranger Truck, and I feel they do a great job. I like dealing with one of the owners Ingrid. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because when my vehicle was done after being without it for 5 days, one of the receptionists that works up front did not call me, to tell me it was ready or leave me a message and I could have picked it up a little sooner in the day.

They seemed really nice over the phone, so I had my car towed over to their facility. They didn't call me the entire day to give me an estimate, I kept calling to see what was up. Eventually they finally gave me a $3500 that they would charge to insurance, and when they realized I was paying out of pocket, they offered to give me a non-matching used car hood for $750. Then they explained that they are closed for repairs on the weekends. When I said no thanks, I'm going to pick up my car, they acted as though I somehow couldn't pick up my own car and I'd have to wait until monday. Needless to say, they are ridiculous. So if you have infinite time or infinite money, bring your car to 5th dimension.

About 2 years ago I hit my GMC terrain on a pole and was very upset. I took it in and they got me scheduled in 3 weeks and made my car look like the day I got it! Very please with their work and how everyone was so nice

I highly recommend Fifth Dimension! I had a dent repaired on my SUV and their PDR technician did an EXCELLENT job! You can't tell it was ever dented. The cost was very reasonable and they got me right in, they also washed and cleaned the inside of my vehicle. The staff were professional, very knowledgeable and friendly, the waiting area was very nice.

This place is huge! You'd hardly know it from the street, but they have multiple buildings, tons of expert employees, and top notch equipment. I have metallic paint that they matched perfectly -looks like new!
