I brought my MINT CONDITION 2001 CLK 430 from California here to Dawsonville. It's been serviced over 14 years by Mercedes dealers in San Jose, San Francisco, LA, San Diego, Silicon Valley and then a few high-end private shops. Without question these guys get it right the first time around. All of them are top end mechanics that worked at the dealerships and they do work better, faster and more honestly than any other shop or dealer you'll go to. This is a place you go to get your Benz or Beamer fixed right. They don't wash your car, but they also don't charge you for parts you don't need or services that the dealer would ream you for. The $20 you spend for a wash you save $200 because they give you the straight deal. If you want to throw money away, go to the dealership. If you want your car fixed to perfection, bring it to Danny and Adrienne and their team. It's that simple.
After my first service from them, (thank you James) I received a card in the mail that pointed me to their website where I could see my service history (my bill) and know exactly what I paid for and could compare it to what I would have paid for at the dealership. The Atlanta MBZ dealers are like the ones in California - the do terrible work and charge up the wazoo. I've never seen a Benz dealer give me a way to get my bills or compare them to the competition. These guys do it right - every time. I've been there going on three times. Does your MBZ dealer give you a way to compare them against the competition - hell no!
The dealer can wash my car - so what. At a dealer you're a number, and you pay out the ass. At My Mercedes and Bimmer you're a valued customer and they show it every time you call for services.
Today I took my Benz in for what I had been told by a dealer here in Atlanta and in CA that I would need a new front suspension. All I needed was an adjustment. They went through the entire front-end, up and down. I thought I was going to spend about $1,200 today. The bill came to $170. There was nothing wrong with my car, the problem was the dealer trying to pull the wool.
Another example that most people don't know is that some MBZ parts and BMW parts are interchangeable. My windshield washer pump died 3 weeks ago. I went to buy the part from these guys and it turned out the MBZ part was the same as the BMW part but massively less expensive. I couldn't believe it! I used the BMW part for a lot less money.
One more example - I bought a seat motor at the same time as my windshield washer pump. MBZ Atlanta wanted $287 for the part - call them and ask. I got it from My Mercedes Place and Bimmer for $151.
Kathy N. should be riding a horse - not driving a Benz. At least they can wash her horse at a barn and give her a mule to ride for the day. She has no idea what she is talking about. For the rest of us that love our investments in our cars, go see these guys, they do it right.

Very very fair value and quick service. I feel taken care of and treated well. For a decade I've gotten my Mercedes and BMWs serviced here. Probably 30% cheaper than the dealer and 100% more accurate. The owner Danny has redone one or two repairs that he felt they didn't get right over the years. What car repair does that!!!?!.
I know it's crazy, but I have avoided getting a Porsche because they don't service them. I want to keep my maintenance guys.

I'm taking the time to write this review because the staff at My Mercedes/BMW has gone over the top to take care of us. We have taken two BMW's there over the past few years for maintenance and repairs. The diagnosis of problems has been spot on. I just found out at my most recent service that they accept my extended warranty so I am not forced to take the car back to the dealership. Highly recommend!

A few months ago I took my C300 to have its routine service done. I had called prior and was told it would be approximately 250 and they were much less expensive than the dealership. Because we live in Cumming, thought it would be a good place to use. I was shocked.....first was told that they do not wash the vehicles as they do not have the capability to do this. The dealership does. Then there is no loaner (the dealership gives a free loaner) so had to arrange a drop off and pick up time.
When I picked up my car, was shocked that the price was over 400. True the service was approximately 250 but the rest was for labor. I could have taken my car to the dealership for less than this and it would have been much easier for me. I felt this was dishonest on quoting the price because they did nothing more than the routine service... nothing extra and I paid more for less quality service. I will stick with the dealership from now on. I talked to my dealership later and they said they do call around and verify prices and they are usually comparable or less. I learned a valuable lesson. Trust the dealership - they know what they are doing. ASK questions before using any service place. There may be hidden costs after the fact.

If you have a Mercedes Benz or a BMW this is THE place to take it. Danny and his staff are the best in the business. They will give you an accurate evaluation of your can and will NEVER suggest repairs that you don't need.
Also this is a great one stop place for everything for your car. For example I dropped off my wife's car and asked if they could recommend a body shop to fix a couple of places. They not only recommended a shop, but had them come by while they were working and called me with an estimate. The estimate was much less than I expected. They also told me it was a good price and they vouched for the quality of work the body shop does.
Reliable, honest and efficient auto repair shops are very hard to come by these days. This one is at the top of the list! Just wished they worked on GMC trucks too!

If you are local to Cumming and need service on your Mercedes or BMW, we would highly recommend this shop. The quality of service was excellent. A special call out to James the service advisor who was excellent and of course to the puppies who greet the visitors as they arrive....Top notch work and customer service.

Was needing a quote to repair my car to be submit to SCDOT. They knew it would be awhile before the clam would be settled, and therefore awhile before they would see any money from me and that's if I even came back. They took my car and did a full inspection and were nice and happy to help. They supplied me with a detailed quote and even emailed me a copy so I could send it in electronically. It took SCDOT six months to process the clam, and yes, I did return. Great work guys. You have a customer for life now. One of many. Thanks

I have always had a great experience with Danny. I have had one BMW and 2 Mercedes serviced here over the past few years. Their pricing is fair and they are quick to get you back on the road. I always knew they were cheaper than the dealership but today really drove the point home. The power passenger seat was stuck and would only twist. It was clear something was bent or broken. Thinking this might be under warranty I took it to the service department at the Mercedes dealership. A couple of hours later I received a call from the dealership with the news that it would be $900 to fix the seat, and it was not under warranty. I told them not to work on it. I took it to My Mercedes and James fixed the problem for $109. That is 12% of what I would have paid! Almost an $800 savings. Unbelievable. James knew what the dealership had quoted me so he could have easily told me it would be $500 or $600 and I would have still been saving money. But he was honest. That's the way to keep clients.
