Gave two stars for poor customer service. Had an oil change down there because I purchased a marketing folder with oil change coupons in them. Later down the road we sold the vehicle we took in for an oil change. I remembered I still had three oil change coupons & I contacted Point to Point to see if I could use them on the new car & they stated sorry once you use them on one car thats it. So I purchased these coupons & not only lost $ but they could not even offer some sort of meet me half way or anything like that just no sorry. Well no sorry I wont come back...only visited the one time & will not go back. This type of service leads me to believe they would not be flexible when working on my car for a more serious issue or that they are so uptight for $ or customers, that they can not allow a customer to use up purchased coupons that have not expired.

In Spring, of this year, I was pleased with the work Jimmy and his team performed on my driver door (handle). I knew this was the place to go back to with any car problems- that I have a list of, unfortunately! I just recently had this team diagnose and fix my air conditioner for a MUCH better price than I was originally quoted...AND, to show the honesty +integrity of this shop, instead of fixing a prior diagnosis, they found that to be wrong and again solved the problem! If you want a shop to treat you with respect and to work on your vehicle as if it was their own, I recommend Point to Point. In fact, I'll be going back next month to continue my cars problems be eliminated!

I have been a customer of these great folks for over 5 years. Their service, quality and turn around time stands alone in the automotive industry. I would recommend their services to anyone in the South Atlanta area. The shop is always clean and family friendly. Too often you find mechanic shops to be smoke filled, foul mouthed dungeons- not so here. There's always a cool and comfy place available for customers to get out of the heat and even have a snack while they wait. And they've even got friendly little doggies to keep the children entertained. The workers are VERY knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. This is not a "shade tree" mechanic shop, the folks here are certified and experienced in their field and they often are able offer many alternative solutions over the dreaded "expensive fix." In the event that there is one, the staff are coordinated problem solvers and they move swiftly to correct the problem and get you back on the road as soon as possible. MANY times I've been serviced with a turn around time of 24 hours or less! The quality of workmanship here is also like none I've seen. I trust Point to Point with ALL of my vehicles because I know that on the VERY RARE occasion that a repair doesn't correct the problem, my parts and services are warrantied and guaranteed. I'm proud to be a loyal customer of this business and will continue to patronize until they put me out! For ALL your Automotive needs, trust Point to Point!!!

Don't believe all the supposed glowing reviews about this company or Jimmy my wife called about our in excellent body shape and only mechanical issues were ac not running correctly. Jimmy bailed saying was a older car and couldn't use a lazy auto computer to find he's not a true mechanic. I guess since it's not a Lexus or BMW it's not worthy of his time bad business

We all know how hard it is for a female to find a genuine mechanic.. so, let me take the time to express how amazing Jimmy and Point to Point Automotive are! When I came in on Tuesday, I was nervous and I read all the reviews - but not knowing much about cars and it being spur of the moment.. all I could be was prayerful! Jimmy worked quickly to find the issues and communicated them elaborately. My car was still being difficult, as it shouldn't have because it's a newer vehicle ... then, I found out the fix wouldn't be that simple, I wouldn't get to go see my dad and baby sister for Christmas because it would be monday before the job could be completed (due to the holiday schedule). Jimmy CAME IN ON CHRISTMAS EVE (when they were closed) and took care of my car - just to make sure I would still get to make my Christmas trip! I am so blessed and so thankful for someone who didn't treat me like my time didn't matter and cared about the inconvenience it caused. Thank you for sharing your family time to make sure I got to see mine. I won't go anywhere else anymore for my car repairs! Thank you so very much for my "Christmas Miracle" Jimmy! There's no amount of words that could ever express how grateful I am! Merry Christmas, Have a blessed one!

Hi, My name is Kim. I have lived near the McDonough area for a long time and I have been to a handful of mechanics in my day. However, a few years back I found Jimmy at Point to Point Automotive and now he is the only one I use for all of my cars. Just a few notes: I highly recommend him, he will check the car and try to give you the best price and service, he will call you first before he does the repair to get your approval, if you need him to recheck the work he will do so. Lastly, Jimmy is very professional and will always locate the problem as soon as he can. By the way, he will call you and let you know that you vehicle is ready. I even bought a used car and bought it to Jimmy to do all repairs and it runs like new....Jimmy and his company are one of the best. I am only writing this review because of the years of great service I have gotten. God bless!!!

Well i came to get a oil change and have my brakes looked at. The business hours staye 7am....... Its 7am and NO ONE is here. I have a busy schedule and my time is everything. Guess I have to go some where else...... SMH!
