What a great feeling to know there are good, honest people in the world still. These guys were so amazing when my car wouldn't start one morning. They literally came my house, jumped the battery and drove it back to their shop, all I had to do was wait at home for the call. When the work that needed to be done exceeded my pocketbook, they chose the most critical repairs and let me pay them half that day, then weekly until paid in full. I don't know what I would've done without United, but because of them my car is still running great and I can get to work. I tell everyone who will listen about the level of care and respect they have for their customers. Thank you so much!

I had to edit my review today because the owner has since reached out to me and certainly made the experience I had a completely positive one. In this day in age, it's hard to get this level of customer service out of a business, especially an auto repair shop. My husband and I were very pleased with this place. Our vehicle needed a lot of work. Mark, the owner was very professional and explained in detail the work being performed on our vehicle. We also received updates a few times a day until the work was complete. Him and his staff cared about our safety. The lobby area was clean and inviting with a kid friendly area to play. I highly recommend United Auto Care!

Ryan and his team at United Auto Care in Flowery Branch are the BEST!! I'm a single mom of two young children. When my car started leaking transmission fluid, I know I was in for a huge bill and fix. Ryan fixed my car in record time, and was so accommodating. I will from now on always take my cars to Ryan and his team. Great work!

The place is customer friendly, has great prices, offers good discounts, and has friendly staff. They make sure the customer is taken care of and, if requested, will even brew up some coffee for the wait. The 2 small dogs that never fail to greet are adorable as well! Ryan is very knowledgeable about his profession and has the best staff around, no wonder it is the best in NE GA, no doubt!

I was told I had to pay over a thousand dollars to change my coils and spark plug! That's outrageous. I spoke with Ryan Bennett the owner he said the diagnosis alone was $110. What ever you do don't go there it's a rip off!

Sometimes a business impresses you right away and at other times they impress you over time by consistently doing the right thing, performing quality work and striving for excellent customer service. United Auto Care is the latter.
The owner of the practice, Mark is very customer focused, consistently making the time to meet all new customers and describing in detail the work that must be done and why it's important for the health of your car. You don't feel taken advantage of, or feel like you have to be on guard for the unnecessary up sale common at some other car repair shops. On difficult tasks they take the time to figure out what's going on and are willing to work with your budget and rank order repairs based on severity. Let's face it, older cars may require more repairs at a given time than your bank account may allow.
I have a 2001 Jeep that was acting up for me but not at the mechanics (sound familiar?), Mark had a technician drive that car around town until he understood the problem and could fix it appropriately. Who does that anymore? I was impressed.
I come here for my regular oil changes as well. Check them out.

Do not use this shop! I took my vehicle there because it would not shift into gear too well and after a week there and replacement of a few parts which totaled $1500 I still had the same problem. I took it to another shop and they diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it within a few days!

Approachable, quick, and efficient. I brought my car in here with an A/C failure, and within a few hours they diagnosed the problem and Mark called me while at work to let me know what was going on. Turned out it was pretty serious, but they got it fixed a day sooner than they originally estimated and my A/C works wonderfully now! Mark and the staff are very accomodating and take time to ensure that you don't feel blown off (like so many other mechanics are notorious of).
