Awesome body shop, highly recommended. I was treated first-class from the moment I walked in until the time I picked up my car. Chris Allen (estimator) was fantastic and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Rick Case Hyundai recommended Performance Collision and I am extremely pleased I chose them to repair my car. I have used Performance Auto Colliision everythime my Z3 got bumped into over the years and they always made it look brand new! This time, the insurance co. saw it a different way (not to fix). I wasn't very happy but over the past 3 weeks, the guys at Performance helped me out huge! There wasn't even a fix for them to do, but they showed customer service like maybe I've never seen before. A sign of honesty and integrity which is kind of hard to find for a female in the auto world. Yes I not only recommend their skilled abilities with a car, but their sincerity the minute you walk in the door. I give them 10 stars......

Brought in a 2011 Infiniti g37 conv for accident repairs - they were able to take my car in to start repairs promptly. The finished quality of work was very good and didn't require rework. Rental car services are a building away so coordinating that is easy also. A very professional team and center!

Matt Reece and the team at Performance Auto Collision are truly amazing!! I have had my vehicle repaired by them twice and each time I went to pick it up once the repairs were completed my car looked better than before each accident! They take the time to keep you updated through each step in the repair process until completion. They even made sure the inside and outside of my car was emaculately detailed. My 8 year old SUV looked brand new both times which is was an amazing and unexpected touch! Thank you so much Matt and the team. You guys are absolutely amazing!! I made an appointment to have my front bumper repainted. The first time I arrived at Performance Auto collision I was greeted by Matt Spence who provided me with a clear understanding of exactly what was required to make my bumper perfect. His explanation of what was required and the time frame needed was excellent. The level of communication and overall customer was exceptional. The work was completed in the time frame suggested and the quality of work was simply awesome. I would highly recommend Performance Auto Collision if you would like your vehicle to be repaired with an attention to detail and quality. If you need repair work done on your car, this shop is hands down the place to go. The gentlemen at the front desk were prompt, courteous, and prepared. They walked with me to my car to see the damage done personally and gave me a time estimate on the spot for when I could expect to receive an update from them. My repairs were being paid for by insurance yet even still, I received a weekly (if not more frequent) update from Scott on how the process was coming along. Beyond having amazing customer service, the repairs done to my car were FLAWLESS. They matched my paint color exactly (an iridescent blue that can't have been easy to replicate), they cleaned all the mats and seats in my car, and they tuned up multiple other things from alignment to headlights to wheel balancing. My '06 drove off that lot feeling like new! Thank you to the whole Performance Auto Collision Team! I could not be happier.

After getting my fairly new car hit on Pleasant Hill Rd., I spent a lot of time looking for a place to fix my car. I read reviews of many places but Performance Auto Collision seemed to have the best reviews and outcomes. After getting the appraisal done, I took my car to the guys at Performance. They worked well with the Insurance company and provided no troubles at all. What I loved the most and wasn't expecting was the constant updates I received from them. The person assigned to my car was Neil. He was very informative and great to work with. He called few times a week updating the status of the car. Whenever I noticed a small thing here and there, they made sure it was fixed to perfection. I was very picky during this process, as a hobby, I love detailing cars so the little things matter to me. But Neil was able to work with me and he made the process great! I HIGHLY recommend this collision center.
Also, they are certified for like every car manufacturer. The reason they aren't with BMW is because BMW requires the shop to be owned by a dealership.

Getting a few scratches buffed out and a wash.
Just got done driving throughout FL visiting family and friends; 2500 miles. Everyone was very excited about my new car. Not one person noticed that I had messed up the right rocker panel which Performance Auto replaced. That's the highest complement one can pay. I love my 2015 Boxster GTS and Performance Auto keeps it looking good!

This is a first class collision shop. I was rear-ended by an 18 wheeler and the back of my car was in rough shape. I called Jackson Acura and they recommended Performance Auto Collision. So I did some research and found that they were Acura Certified.
I worked with Scott Prichard and he was great. The work on my car was going to take a little while to complete and Scott would regularly send me email updates on my car. If I had any questions and called Scott, he was quick with a response.
My car looks good as new! The paint work completed on my car was impeccable and you cannot tell that any work was done on the car. They also detailed the inside of my car (which I didn't expect) and you can tell that it was done by professionals.
This is a first class body shop and I highly recommend it.

To express in words the amount of overwhelming satisfaction I have for this company would take up entirely too much space. I like to base my reviews on facts, not opinions (but my opinion of this company is very high). From the moment I walked in, this company treated me with the upmost respect. Everyone was friendly and professional. Every time I called someone was (always) there to answer the phone and had answers to my questions within minutes. I was never on the phone more than five minutes, which is very nice since my days are usually busy. I never had to wonder about the progress of my car because they called me with regular updates. When I was unavailable to answer my phone they left detailed messages so I didn't need to call them back. Now, about my car, I am completely amazed at the work they did. I was a little worried when I dropped off my car because my car is a 1 of 2500 and black (a color that shows every imperfection). I can not see anything that even hints there was a problem (and I looked very hard... Yes, I'm one of those people). The work they did was amazing and to top it off, my car was cleaned inside and out before I came to pick it up! Sadly, this is not the first body shop I have had to work with but this is by far the best one. I will never (ever) take any of my cars anywhere else. Performance, you have a customer for life!
PS. I read in another review the writer instructed women to bring their husband or partner because women were treated unfairly. I am a woman and I feel 100% confident sending any of my female friends to Performance because I know they will be treated with respect.

First, let me explain that to me, a car is not just a car. I wash my car weekly and I know every inch of it. I can't imagine a more demanding customer than I am. I must also say that body work and paint is an art, not a science, anything can go wrong, so don't look for a shop that is perfect, look for a shop that can manage issues when they come up. If you do not have time to read the rest of this review, know this, I have never dealt with a better shop of,professionals. From customer service, to body work, dealing with insurance companies and of course paint, these guys are flawless.
My nightmare started one night when my car got in a fender bender on the way from work. It was minimum damage but the wheel wouldn't turn so the cops made me tow it to some god forsaken tow yard that proceeded to push me to us a specific shop. I was in a fog, so as soon as I realized that I wanted Performance Collision on the job, my car was already being load up to send to another shop! It was 7 pm and I called performance and their answering service gave me Adam's cell number so I called him. Who does that? Who answers the phone at 8 pm from their home? Adam did and I am very thankful he did. The next morning he had a flatbed truck go and pickup my car. It wasn't downhill from there, as we couldn't find bumpers because the manufacturer had none and didn't expect to have any for weeks. Adam reach out to people he knew and we found a bumper in the NE. During the process he would send me pictures of the metal work and painting being done. My car is done now and it looks amazing. I got it home and took a flashlight to it, looking for overspray, looking for poor or rushed work, but I could find none. I don't think anyone could tell it was in an accident.
If you have a car you car about, use these guys. Performance doesn't cut corners. They do it right. There is a difference between shops so don't kid yourself. Use the best! Thank you Adam and thanks to your team.

This is a great company and they have great people that work there. If you have a collision issue with your vehicle, this is the place you need to take your car. They are very thorough and Scott, one of their great employees helped me with an issue with my insurance company. They wanted to total my 2005 BMW because the estimated repairs were close to but less than the value of the vehicle, which was still in very good condition. With Scott's help, I was able to get my insurance company to agree to having Performance Auto Collision fix my car instead of totaling a very good BMW. I would strongly recommend these guys to fix your vehicle if you need help.

In the END, the paint job appeared good; however, it was a nightmare getting there and it has since become apparent that not much, if anything, was done to blend a painted door to an existing door. SMH. So, don't bother thanking me for liking the paint. That was after initially having problems. These folks are not detail oriented (in particular Ian) or focused on client satisfaction (in particular the Mgr, Adam). To go into all of the issues would take too much time, space, and energy. However, I am now awaiting a callback from the owner. If he does not reach out to me, I will contact the BBB, as I believe the insurance company was charged for something that wasn't done. Probably another oversight to add to the list. But, they should own it and let's move on. You have been warned... OAN Ladies, take your husband or partners. There is NO diversity represented in the employee personnel. I mean none. There were many condescending conversations, one which ended with Ian telling me "I've got work to do." That is how you address a complaint? Yes, it's about the 4th complaint...but when they are all valid, who should be agitated??? These folks may be concerned with SOME clients but I am proof they aren't concerned with all.

Very disappointed with Performance Auto Collision, who was repairing my older Honda Civic. The Civic was in excellent mechanical condition and according to the insurance adjuster, simply needed a new door after being side-swiped. After a week in the shop, Aaron contacted me and said more damage had been found. Aaron did not discuss the new estimate with me but stated he needed the insurance adjuster's contact info. Once the adjuster met with Aaron, I was told by the adjuster that the estimate done by PAC was roughly triple the original estimate and my car was therefore a total loss. As a customer, who chose PAC as my repair facility, I felt PAC should have informed me that the new estimate would have put the car close to or above a total loss (actually only $300 above a total loss). As a result, I lose my well maintained car to the salvage yard and PAC loses a repair. I must turn in my rental car less than 24 hours after their decision and also lose my Civic.
I believe as their customer, PAC should have kept me in the loop and communicated that my car might be a total loss and offered me alternatives, such as reducing the repair to less than the Blue Book value. I just discussed all this with Justin from PAC and he feels that this problem was my fault and it's just my tough luck. I should have known that the new estimate (even though Aaron never discussed the new amount) might have put the repair above the total loss amount and that it is incumbent on the customer to know these things.
I will not use Performance Auto Collision again.

If you want the best you have to be willing to pay a little more for it. I've used Performance twice now for bumper cover replacements and both have been absolutely flawless! The staff is incredibly helpful and professional. Sam took great care of me when the insurance estimate came in too low to fix it properly. He asked me to let him handle it and when all was said and done he was able to get the full amount out of them required to replace the bumper cover rather than patch and paint it. Can't recommend Performance Auto Collision enough!

One of the best experiences that I have ever had getting my car repaired. These guys don't take advantage of you like the insurance company try to buy sending you to a cheap repair shop. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
My "baby" who has been with me for years without any accidents was damaged when a oncoming driver made a left turn right in front of me. My "baby" was damaged pretty bad on the passenger left front.
Well, off to my search for repair. Suggestions from respectable sources all suggested Performance Auto Collision Center, Inc. They were close so I took it to them. Setting up an appointment was simply and painless. Took my car there in the after hours that evening and was surprised but relieved also, that the security system was so responsive. I actually set it off when looking for a dropbox for my car keys. LOL
My car was taken in, evaluated and Performance did all the negotiations and fighting the insurance company on my behalf. All I had to do was say, "okay, go ahead and fix my car". From that moment on I had periodic calls with updates and status on my repair which was very comforting for me.
When I received the call to come inspect and picky "baby" up, I was so unexpectedly greeted with this near new looking vehicle. Not a scratch to be found! Every working part worked! Ain't that a surprise? I was so happy with everything related Performance Auto. I never had to return for any adjustments or touch ups and me and my "baby" are one again.
Thanks to the team at Performance Auto Collision Center for restoring happiness to my life!

It takes an impressive customer service experience for me to post something like this...but my experience with Performance Auto Collision repairing my 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited after being rear-ended was great!
After visiting a number of dealerships I wasn't instilled with confidence on the abilities of their repair shops so I started looking at 3rd party shops to get estimates and after visiting Performance I was confident I'd made a good choice.
I was a bit intimidated at first as they repair very high end vehicles, but my adviser Chris Allen made it easy and provided solid advice and direction along the way. Throughout they communicated extremely well, meticulously repaired every item paying attention to every little detail and went above and beyond to deliver a solid repair and customer experience I enjoyed.
I believe my car is now in better condition than before the accident.

Some insurance companies will try to "steer" you to a particular body shop. Most of the time this is because it saves them money. Often these shops use after market parts or reconditioned parts. If you are in an accident, in all cases you should tell the insurer that you want to use Performace Auto Collision. These guys are the most professional, most meticulous collision repair company in Atlanta. We've, unfortunately, been in two accidents in recent years. They did a perfect job on my wife's Infiniti last year. When my son's Toyota 4 Runner was rear-ended last month, I insisted the car be taken to Performance. Justin coordinated the claim and handled everything. He answered all of my questions and insisted that the insurance company spec only OEM parts. The job execeeded even my high expectations. Though the car was several years old, the paint matched perfectly. They even touched up parts of the car that weren't hit, just to make sure the car came back better than before for my son. You just can't beat that. Performance has a reputation for handling Porsches and other high-end cars, but they give the red carpet treatment to you regardless of what make your vehicle is. If you find yourself in need of collision repair work, save yourself a lot of heartache and go with Performance. These guys are top notch all the way around.

I took my car in to Performance Auto after being hit in the bumper of my IS250. I worked with Kevin and he made sure to follow up with me so I knew what was going on through all steps in the process. I truly believe you get what you pay for and typically will go out of my way or pay a bit more for world class service and products. I hadn't been in an accident in over 15 years but 2 weeks ago some silly gal hit my car. My baby. My 2001 BMW M3 that is in ridiculously good condition and that I plan to drive for another 5-10 years.
So I started research what body shop I should use. 2 different people, including my mechanic who's the best BMW mechanic in town, mentioned Performance Auto Collision. I researched all I could online and then called them up to discuss. They are not on the insurance company's preferred list and I was hesitant to go off that list.
Every interaction from the first phone call has been truly world class. I use that term very sparingly but thus far, these guys deserve it. The follow up call, a few questions on the phone. Then after getting the estimate, I dropped my car off. Michael helped me and was swift, professional, answered every question and concerns, and explained how the whole process would happen. Then, a few hours later, I get a VM and an email from Chris who will be my main contact for the repair. He explained more and just wanted to make sure I was comfortable and didn't have any more questions. He made sure I had his work and cell # and to call anytime.
The shop was clean, organized, and amazingly well run for so many people and things going on.
And I only dropped off my car today. I'll return as it unfolds and/or when my car is done (will take 2-4 weeks, possibly more - which they explained to me and I am perfectly happy with. I'm fine taking time to get it right. Plus they made sure I had a great rental and all was taken care of smoothly).
UPDATE 8/18:
Great contact and customer service. Still waiting for all the parts and still looks like a good month to go, but they have been very communicative and very helpful with many details, updating the estimate due to differences, dealing with my insurance adjuster, being extra helpful with a rental and more. Still 5 stars. I expected GREAT work and service.... I did not expect FAST turnaround. Communication makes it all ok (so far).

Chris Allen and Performance Auto Collision were the most professional auto body shop I have ever used. From the initial visit to the final pick up, Chris kept in constant contact to keep me informed on the progress of my car.
The entire rear bumper along with other parts had to be replaced and the paint job was a perfect match.
Having an accident is never a good day, but I know that if I have another accident I do not have to worry about where to take my car.

I brought my 2006 Chrylser Town and Country to Performance Auto after researching reviews for various collision shops in the area. Performance Auto by far had the most reviews and 5 stars than any other vendor--not only for Alpharetta but all of Atlanta. There is a reason. Chris Allen and the team he put in charge of repairs delivered the car back to me as if it was rolling out of the showroom for the first time. Not only were the multiple body repairs performed as promised but the detailing on the car was superb. Additionally, Chris navigated a maze of different insurance companies and supplemental insurance negotiations in order to take the stress off of me--something I truly appreciate and often is missing from other service organizations. I highly recommend Performance Auto and encourage anyone to give them a call and walk through the process. You will not regret it!

I unfortunately have had to have my car repaired twice in the last 7 months. I chose Performance Auto Collision on the referral of a friend, even though it was 30 minutes away from where I live. They did good work, but the rest of my experience was extremely negative. It took 2 1/2 weeks to repair only approximately $2500 worth of damage (in comparison Toyota fixed my car in 5 days with $4000 damage last time). They tried to convince me to spend $1500 on top of my insurance deductible. When I refused, the customer service became extremely poor. I had to follow up and call repeatedly. I was promised a call twice and never received it to update me on the progress. I understand that this shop prides themselves on quality work, but this was ridiculous. And it appeared that when I refused to come out-of-pocket, I was dropped to the bottom of the list.
I will never use this shop again and will urge others to bring their business elsewhere.

But...if you want more.....
The so called "free" estimate is only a ball park figure (mind you nothing is ever free.....basic economics so beware), in order to receive a "complete" estimate it will cost a few hundred dollars. Keep in mind that the "complete" estimate cost is not set in stone. The cost to JUST look at your car can (and probably will) go up when ever they feel it is necessary.
After you have paid for the estimate and received the quote, the quote is not guaranteed. I was informed that the cost of repairs is open until the car is completed in the shop. The "guy" on the phone kept pressuring me to use my insurance company, said "it would be easier that way". Sounds like someone wants to overcharge for their services, doing this is much easier through insurance companies than through a customer wanting to pay cash for the repairs.
He had no regard to anything I was saying. They do not care about the customer just the bottom line. Every time I used logical facts on him he would back track. He "attempted" (ha ha) to pressure me into thinking that his car repair place is the only collision center in the area that completes stellar services. What a joke!
Whats the point of the so called estimate???? Are you guys not educated enough to make the decision? Do you really know cars?

I am absolutely thrilled with my G37 , it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I can see why the guys at Performance Auto Collision are Infiniti certified and they deserve every award they have. I thought after my accident my car would never get back to exactly like it was before, but I was wrong. Everyone at performance was extremely courteous and they will be the only shop I use for repairs from now on. Thank you to everyone at performance for your prompt and friendly service.

It's been a long time since I've seen service like this. Chris Alan and his team did an exceptional job on our Corvette. As promised, it IS just like new. Not only was the work the best I have ever seen, we were treated with such courtesy and respect for our business that I could never think of going anywhere else for collision repair. Even though it took longer than I expected, Chris did warn us from the beginning they probably would. I'd rather know up front than have a last-minute surprise.

Holy Mackerel...WOW !!! My car never looked better. The owner personally along with his team took every measure to ensure my satisfaction. I am a completely satisfied customer. It is refreshing to see a shop that takes customer sat so seriously and are obsessed with quality work. Would I recommend their service to anyone, anyday... will I go back there again, most definitely. Thank you very much to everyone involved.

I love my car. It is beautiful and a very hard to match black paint with a fine speckle in it. ...And I wrecked it. It was a small fender bender, but I wanted it perfect. I am very particular and I wanted it to be new. Performance was recommended to me. Very pleased to see all the high end autos in the parking lot. Obviously, people with nice cars take them to Performance. They got me checked in, did all the insurance work, kept me posted, and their work is great. My car looks new. They even detailed it better than I have ever seen. The carpets all have beautiful straight lines. Great work takes time, but if you have a nice car and you love it, take it to Performance. Doug
