Great shop!

I found this muffler shop in the yellow pages and didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. They offered the best advice on what was needed to achieve the sound I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with my new exhaust. I highly recommend stopping in.

MAD HATTER MUFFLER HAS THE BEST PRICES AND SERVICE

I was referred to MAD HATTER MUFFLERS by a friend when my radiator blew and to my surprise they are not like all the other Auto Repair shops out there. They not only gave me a reasonable price but the service was excellent. The manager and mechanics took the time to explain what they were doing before they started the work, and also contacted me before fixing anything that wasn’t a part of the original quote. I love the honest and professionalism that was conducted. To top it off they gave me a great price quote on 4 brand new tires, which I desperately need, and will definitely be coming back for next week. :)

Called around to a couple of places for pricing on getting my brakes done. When I called here I spoke to Henry. He qualified my needs by asking specific questions that a non-mechanic understood. He was able to quote my rate options to me. Right on. No hassle no gimmicks. I found it hard to get my car there and get to work and he was willing to work with my schedule. In other words, accommodating their customers needs is their priority. It cost exactly what he said it would. It took exactly how long he said it would. Such sweet, kind and appreciative folks at this location. I will be back!

I had a simple glass pack welded in line in my exhaust. Fitment and welding is excellent, the tips line up great. It was very expensive for what little I had done even though the work was excellent. When I over-pay, I do expect an extra level of service and this is why 4 stars and not 5. The glass pack wasn't cleaned up, there's slag and burnt paint all around it. At a cheap muffler shop, I'd expect this, but when I pay more, I expect more. Yes, I'd go back for work there again because the work itself was very good.

Service is great when the staff are friendly and timely, but when the actual work is fast, excellent, and economical with options..... They knock it out of the park. I am from out of town and need to get my son's truck muffler fixed as he checked into college. This was a must do before it became a road hazard. They gave several options with the custom exhaust and got the job done the same day!!!! I thought the redo of the custom exhaust was going to set me back at least 1000 but I ended up spending 270!!! I am thrilled.

Don't bother going here if you don't know about cars - you will get taken like me.
Went in for rear brakes and specifically asked for them. Watched the girl, Naty, write down 'brakes' and considered this meant all standard service for all brakes.
It wasn't done by closing so I waited and the staff was very nice.
A week late my brakes are making a terrible noise and I took it back in to get checked out thinking it shouldn't make that kind of noise after just being fixed - and they tell me my rear brakes are shot. You would think they would have at least checked the rear brakes the first time.
I'm sure I was taken total advantage of because I'm a girl and didn't know any better. Obviously, had I realized they only fixed my front brakes for $170 the first time around (even after I SPECIFICALLY stated I wanted the rear ones done first and foremost) I would have had an issue with it the first time around.
I hate places that take advantage of girls that don't know about cars and I will not be back there again. I am very unhappy an additional $130 later.
