I just picked up my car and I now know I'll never to go another shop again. About 18 months ago I had a timing belt brake, messed up valves, pistons, all that stuff. I took it here to get it all fixed up. Service was great, but hefty price (which I've since confirmed was more than fair for all the damage that was caused). Fast forward a year and a half. Out of nowhere I hear a crazy rattling noise coming from my engine. I stop at a Goodyear because it was closest and they said it sounds like something's broken off in the timing belt compartment. Going to cost $1600 to fix it all, but they recommended I see if it's warrantied first. So I did. I found my original paperwork, saw it was warrantied if the problem was something they actually fixed 18 months ago. So I call Scott and he says to bring it in. They'll figure out what the problem is without charging me. That included them getting into the timing belt compartment to find the problem if need be. So, it ended up being a bolt that was holding the tensioner for the timing belt that broke off. They did have to open it up to figure that out, and they fixed it while they were there. When I went to pick it up, they handed me the key and said no charge, it's taken car of. This is an older 2002 Santa Fe with 155,000 miles on it. The AC doesn't even work. I had given up on this car when this happened and I decided it wasn't worth spending anything to fix it. I had all but listed it on Craigslist for parts, but thought I'd check with Auto Tech first, just for a second opinion to see if it's something warrantied. And so glad I did. I doubt that a broken bolt was part of the warranty. I think they fixed it themselves because they might have felt like the bolt must have been overtightened or something a year and a half ago. I really have no idea. But they are the most honest shop I've ever seen. I will never take my cars anywhere else again and only wish I went to them when I did the brakes and tires. They have earned ALL of my business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Just took my car here for the first time and will not go anywhere else. The owner fit me in for an oil change even though they were completely booked up. Very friendly staff and extremely affordable prices. Also, they are very honest(unlike some of these other shops).

These guys and gal (Misty) are the ultimate professionals. My folks were about to get swindled at a local dealership, yet with one phone call, Auto Tech rose to the occasion and made the difference. Not only was the cost fair and the work top notch, but the communications were frequent and friendly. Good job and thanks!

Amazing people. It is truly hard to find any business that really cares about their customers and not just the all mighty dollar. I have been getting my oil changes from them for the past 3-4 times so I consider myself pretty new customer. My most recent oil change I had ask if they could look at a bumper dent from an old lady hitting me early that same week. Scotty charged me for my oil charge and fixed my dent for FREE. I am so grateful. Auto tech absolutely gain a customer for life

A family member of mine went here based on an oil change coupon. When she came back she said the guys were extremely honest. Mind you she looks like she knows nothing about cars. Yet when she asked about her check engine light they told her that her gas cap was just loose. They could have easily made up some bs repair that she would have paid for and not known any better. A few weeks later she had another problem with her car. I looked at it and quickly diagnosed it. I went with her this time to tell them exactly what needed to be done and to have it fixed. After the job was done the owner called me to pick up the car. When he told me how much he was charging for the repair I thought I heard wrong! The cost was so low that it was practically free. The owner literally charged the bare minimum to a point where I doubt he made even a $5 profit on it (I knew exactly what that repair should normally cost). When we went back to the shop I tried to give him more money because he was so honest. He refused the extra! He said two things that stuck out to me "I dont want to overcharge my customers more then necessary for these minor repairs because I already make enough on the major repairs people have with their cars." And he said "I'm not trying to make a killing with this business, I'm just trying to make enough to make a living." Honest car mechanics are a dying breed. But it's good to know they are still out there. I highly recommend you take your car here. They will never overcharge or recommend any work you don't need.

I went to another auto repair company because my rear end was making a noise. He said the bearings were going bad, but he couldn't do the job. He referred me to a transmission place. I spoke to them on the phone and they said bring it in to get an estimate - I did and they said I had to leave it and they would tear it all apart to give me an estimate. I said forget it and left. I then stumbled onto Auto-Tech and Scott from another review site. I brought it in and Scott put it up on the lift and examined it for an hour and then said I could take it home and he would make some calls and then get back to me. He called me in a few hours with 2 options, one was less expensive and I went with that. Car was ready the day he said it would be and cost was to the PENNY he said it was. Honest Straightforward And Scott and his wife are very nice people.
