ken Latimer is a great guy love him. BUT Mick runs the shop and he is unfair RIPOFF!!!! I took my truck in for 1 part to be installed i was told it was the wrong part then told ok its the right part but I don't want to install it. the price was going to be 220$ to install, then was told I needed a bearing replaced it would be 78$ for the part and they already had it apart for the other part they refused to install. so what do they do they DOUBLE DIP!!! and charge me for both labor hrs by the book.and now my truck doesn't even drive straight so I left paying over 800$ its not the same shop of old, new guy running shop Mick is out to rip you OFF!

This review is based on the last 5 years of my parents selling/buying used cars from Ken Latimer. My parents have bought at least 4 cars from him, including 2 toyotas -- one was a 1987 camry with 30k ORIGINAL MILES! That car ran like a little beast. Ken always goes above and beyond and even sometimes gave us loaner cars. Ask for Ken by name, hes the man!

I go to Latimer's for EVERYTHING. Before I moved to FL my dad used them and of course if I needed something done my dad sent me to Latimer's.
A little taste of what they have done for me. Tires, fluids & emergencies. The first two are normal but the emergencies...right before they closed for the night my car wouldn't turn on but the key was stuck in the ignition. I called and they talked me through getting the car to start or getting the key out. Whichever would happen first. Sadly my car started but would not turn off. I had to drive my car to the shop after hours and Ken Latimer came back to the shop several hours after they closed and brought my running car into the shop (obviously so my car couldn't get stolen) and he put gas in so my car would make it till morning. This is only ONE of the many emergencies I had.
I trust every single person in this shop and I believe they treat me fair. If you need something done call them up & I bet they can help.
