Gerry's auto repair, you get your vehicle diagnosed properly, they have diagnostic machines that you only find at the dealers, Honest people, who work hard to keep costumers satisfied, BUT we all know you can make everyone happy. They would NOT touch your car unless you authorize them, and wont start work until you know exactly what the diagnosis is and what your price is, and that to me is Excellent Service. That some morons on here will give a bad review, is appalling, you signed to have your work DONE and paid and the wrote a bad review, WHY, you had options take the diagnostic fee and walk away. OPTIONS you where given. Johnny is Master Mechanic with many degrees, as I said Before you have options, NOT all Mechanics Are created Equal. Johnny Specializes in Quality vehicle BMW, Mercedes, Jaguars, A true Professional to me IS worth every penny plus can not compared to the dealer fees. The SERVICE IS EXCELLENT and NO work is begun unless You the customer Authorize it.

IbyS sorry you field that way about us we check you Toyota tundra for the complain you told me we did check the transmission for any codes on the computer and did not have any. the only thing we notice was the brake pulsation when slowdown to stop. on the transmission flush we told you that the service was 75 dollars plus the cost of the fluid . sow get your facts correct we are honest to all are costumer. I now the value of the money just be honest To your self and others just like i did to you i did not try to sale you any thing that you truck did not need and that my friend i call honesty some thing that you don't have thank you.

OUTSTANDING work and customer service!!!! I had my timing belt changed on my 2009 VW TDI I bought the parts myself and took them to Johnny to install them. Johnny took the extra step to ensure all the parts that are difficult to get to while things where apart got replaced,,that's honesty my friends! ! See you in another 130k miles Johnny

Johnny and Marylou are wonderful people, I had a problem with my check engine light on my Mini Cooper and the dealer wanted 150 for diagnostics plus the work needed, I searched BBB and found Gerrys auto repair and to my surprise , the diagnostic fee was only 85 and when he gave me a quote to fix my issue, he waived the diagnostic fee as a curtesy to his clients , now that's service . The dealer charges the diagnostic plus the work. Thank you Marylou and Johnny for your excellent service. Highly recommend Gerrys Auto Repair

Mary Lou and Johnny saved our vacation. After our van began to overheat on the way to Florida we took it to a shop that quoted us 1600$. Johnny came up with an alternative way fix it for $300!!!! No worries about driving back to Canada in a few days. Friendly, professional, prompt service and they take care of their clients needs rather than gouging. Thanks again! TC

I was Amazed, it takes a lot to impress me, Its better service than the BMW and better prices,
Johnny the owner is an amazing Master Tech and uses the same Diagnostic computers as the dealers, Great warranty and simply Awesome Service.
This is my Mechanic shop for sure.
The Negative post on here are ridiculous lies.
The Customer must buy a vehicle they can afford to repair, and stop complaining about prices.
Where do you go for a Diagnostic that gets credited if you have the repairs at their shop.
NO Dealer and No Shop... Just Gerry's Auto Repair....
Trusted Master Mechanic- Johnny educates the client and nothing gets started unless you understand what your vehicle needs and a printed computerized diagnostic report is given to you.
That is GREAT SERVICE!

The best auto repair shop I have been to. Efficient and friendly service for an amazing price.
My brakes began grinding on a Friday afternoon when my friends and I had a 1200 mile drive planned for the next day. Gerry's was the only place willing to help us. We called ahead, and by the time we arrived, Johnny had already ordered and picked up the parts. He had the brakes replaced in half an hour and Mary-Lou kept us entertained the entire time and even gave us extra coupons and numbers to call if we ran into trouble on the trip. The new brakes worked perfectly.
Gerry's Auto Repair deserves five stars and more for going above and beyond.

Took truck in for a transmission issue that caused our car to rumble every single time when accelerating. The mechanic said he couldn't find anything wrong except that we should probably change the breaks. Granted, we do need to change our breaks soon but that wasn't what we took our truck in for. They charged us $80 for this diagnostic and suggested we do a transmission oil change with them for over $300! We called Toyota and the dealership does this work for only $180! This place is a total rip off!

They will get the job done and in a timely fashion, however you will pay at least double what you would pay anywhere else in Kissimmee. $385 for a right CV joint repair on a scion Tc is insane. Said he needed 3 quarts of transmission fluid at $25 bucks a piece. Ripped me off for sure. Ask anyone how much this repair should cost and if you need 3 quarts of transmission fluid. I called several mechanics who were appalled at this information.

Came in for service B, an oil change plus fluid/filter check. Mary Lou and Johnny took excellent care of my car. They walked me through how my car is and advised me the key things they checked. Way more than I expected!
When compared to the cashier girl at the dealer, who was more worried about method of payment and handed me the wrong keys...yeah I will be coming here for my car's service needs!
