I read your recent review regarding your experience with Dr. Stone, I just wanted to drop you a quick note. I had my teeth whitened at Dr. Stanton's office a few weeks ago and at the same time I had Botox. I've always had it done at Dr. Gibstein's office in Miami, he is great however, way too far. I decided to have Dr. Stanton do my Botox after my zoom appt. I have to say he is by far the best, the results are amazing. Sorry if I seem nosy, just wanted to help out a fellow reviewer.

As always Jeff and Mike gave me a great price. Got me in and out in record time . No need to go anywhere else for Mercedes repair. Stopped in again today because my check engine light came on . Mike did a check on all systems . It is so nice to go to a repair shop and not be terrorist of the news you may hear. These guys are the most ethical and knowledgeable in Mercedes repair you will ever find. No need to go anywhere else!!!!

REBUILT INTAKE MONIFOLD ON S63 NOT RECOMENDED they are not professional. not true after they charge you. and you instal the part back on your car still have the same problem. no warrant from the master tec. they jsut tell me is not possible to rebuild the intake monifold. and they dont give the money back. this is a reviuw from karma auto custons.

I used their sister company RMT for replacement Airmatic on my S550 (W221) these are an excellent alternative to replacing new and since these are rebuilt in house they give extra care in what they do. If you are in need of Airmatic Suspension for your Mercedes give them a call you will not be disappointed. I have purchased OEM parts that failed on me right away, in fact I think most of us have. Nothing is 100% but how they address the problem after tells the true story!

I went to MMT to have a Service B done on my E-Class, and as I'm sure most Mercedes owners' know, this can be up to a $700 service. MMT clearly lists exactly what they'll check out, top off, and do with their Service B and it was $306 after taxes. I'M IN!!! The time it took to complete was shorter than quoted, and they indeed went as far to address the tire pressures. Clean facility that you can hang out at and have a beverage/watch some TV, or it's a short Uber ride from Cypress where there's every kind of restaurant/movie theater/coffee shop you would need. Support these guys and make sure to leave your positive feedback!!!!!

Jeff is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He has been working on both of my cars for 3 years. I even bought my daughter a Mercedes just so I could bring it to MMT. Once his shop made a mistake on a repair he made for me. Rather than lie, and tell me that it was a totally different problem, he used his own money and parts to take care of it and make it right! I'm afraid to buy any other brand of car except Mercedes because I can't trust any other mechanic.

Funny as I read the reviews most mention what a great mechanic and guy Jeff is and I couldn't agree more, sad thing is Jeff is no longer there having sold the company to his son and therein lies the rub. I have been taking my car for service there over 4 years now but my latest experience has caused this to be my last. Here's my story, you decide how you would react. Being a working man my phone time is often limited so I sent several emails , which Jeff always answered promptly in the past, but got no reply at all. Ok, sometimes you get busy but 4 and nothing? Why have a business email if you don't reply? I followed up with a phone call. Very pleasant girl answers and I explain my problem, which had occurred before and Jeff made a quick, inexpensive fix, and asked if I could bring it over to be looked at. I was told Jeff was no longer there and now it was by appointment only... Fine, made an appointment for the next morning at 8:30AM but told her I needed the car back that day. No problem I'm told. . Dropped the car off and waited. 6PM comes and goes... No call. We call the next morning at 8:30AM, no answer so leave a message. No return call by 11:30AM so call again. Same pleasant girl answers but are told they went to a Drs appointment and would be back in a few mins, they would contact us then. Ok... We finally get a call around 1 PM, seems they just now brought the car in to look at and have determined it was a job requiring us leaving the car another 3 days at an expense close to 800 dollars. So.. An appointment at 8:30 AM... With a promise of same day return becomes a job looked at a day later at 1 PM and another 3 days to complete at that expense. The lack of communication and professionalism too much to handle at this point so we decide to come get the car immediately and try another Mercedes repair shop. Got the car back the next day with a repair that fixed the problem at a cost of 135. Mercedes MasterTech said close to 800 and done for 135.
I really liked and trusted the place when Jeff was there, not so much anymore. I leave the decisions to you but my experience has lead me to another shop were professionalism and integrity are once again the rule not the exception

I recently wrote a negative review on this company for selling me a defective part via Ebay and being very difficult to work with. Just to be clear the business name is Rebuild Master Tech but on my credit card statement it said Mercedes Master Tech. Both names can be found on their website. I recently noticed a $100.00 chargeback on my credit card statement from these people and called to see what the charge was for. It turns out these folks have decided to not refund my $100.00 core deposit for writing the poor review. In my phone conversation with the owner "Jeff", he stated, he would refund my deposit if I deleted the review. I was in awe of his poor judgement and lack of business acumen. I have now had to file a case with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) to go after my $100.00.
This has been a nightmare.
