I've brought my wrx here twice for body work and wouldn't go anywhere else. Bob the shop manager came out to greet me each time, and you can definitely tell he genuinely cares about his customers. The staff is very pleasant and they treat you like family. I originally chose this shop to fix a hit and run the left my trunk unable to be closed. Car Kraft was close to my job and they work with Geico as well as Enterprise so dropping it off and grabbing a rental was very convenient. For both visits, my car: 1. Was fixed right the first time (once for trunk/fender repair and another for damage to driver's side quarter panel and rear fender). 2. Returned immaculate (washed and looking brand new) 3. Was completed earlier than estimated Car Kraft is my go-to as they perform quality body work as well as paintless dent removal (speak with Dustin). Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

My estimate was done promptly by the Geico adjustor. The car was fixed within the estimated time period. When I got the car back, it looked better than new. I would send anyone in need of an auto body repair shop to Car Kraft. The staff is professional and curteous. They answered all of my questions and addresses my concerns.

Took my care despite all of the bad reviews I have gotten from family and friends who do body work for a living because this is who my insurance company sent me to. They had an adjustor for Geico on site and was informed by Geico they did good work. However, I have just picked up my car and my bill states they removed my front bumper and painted it. which is a LIE. They tapped off half the bumper and painted half of a bumper and did not even blend it well. The color is also not even the same. I've never been so upset. They and the insurance company will be hearing from me.

We found Car Kraft through our auto insurance company, GEICO, after our car was involved in an accident near GWB. It was conveniently located near GWB in Englewood, so didn't take long to get there. We have a 2008 Toyota RAV4 that had a fairly significant rear damage being rear-ended by a semi-truck. We only have one car, so we had to find a car rental right away. They pointed us to Enterprise rental car company nearby, so that was helpful. Car Kraft estimated 8 days of repair work, but it took about 10 days. When we picked up our Toyota, the damage was fixed cleanly. They put a new rear bumper, lights and fixed other fairly major cosmetic damage. I don't think anyone could tell that it was involved in an accident with a naked eye. When we picked up the car, the external was clean, but the inside had some chemical odor...I think it was from the car repair work. The smell will go away eventually. Anyway, this was our first car accident, so I am not sure we overpaid or not (total cost was $3K ~ $4k). Either way, we only had to pay the deductible. We were satisfied with the repair work and people were cordial and professional. Since it took several days longer than the original estimated repair time, I am taking off a star, so giving it a total of 4 stars. I recommend.

Never thought there can be a positive about getting my car repaired but thanks to Car Kraft it happened :). I got a quote straight from a BMW dealership about damage that happened on my passenger side doors. I felt the quote and timeframe was ridiculous, so I decided to shop around. Car Kraft hooked it up. Dustin was the rep that assisted me here. He answered all my questions and concerns, and just gave off a reassuring vibe. Fast forward it was 40 percent less expensive , texts to update me on the time line, got the car done within a week (Half the time) , guaranteed the work , and the car looks I just pulled it off the lot :).
Overall a great experience, but I hope I never have to come back again.

Things to note:
1/ honest guys that give it to you straight...that is worth a lot
2/ easy to deal with and very relaxed atmosphere
3/ only issue i had was that they didnt follow-up as stated and they werent done with my car on time
I would definitely use this place, but you might have to be more proactive in chasing them down.

Took my car there for the GEICO adjuster to give me an estimate and decided to give them the work just for convenience. I was pleasantly surprised when my car came back fixed, cleaned, and looking BEAUTIFUL. These guys did a fantastic job. Dropped my car off on Thursday, picked it up on Tuesday. Will be going back to these guys for all my body work from now on! Dustin was also a really cool guy and very helpful.

We had an horrible experience with this place. It is hard to know where to begin explaining all the mistakes that were done here. When we went to pick up the car the first time, the work was not completed or done properly. They were to detail the interior and it wasn't done so there was mold growing on the carpet. The gaps were not properly done between the parts that were replace particularly between the door and the front quarter panel. It was also not spaced properly between the hood and the fender. They did an absolute horrible job blending the paint on the car. One part they failed to even fix. We pointed out the flaws and the attendant stated that he would resolve the problems so when they called us to pick up the car the second time we were very upset to see that they really did nothing to improve the work. Whoever was told to detail the interior of the car sprayed a harsh chemical throughout the car and just let it sit. Never to wipe it off. The result was it damaged the interior trim and faded the coloring of the interior trim. When I pointed the issue out to our insurance representative, I was ignored about the quality of the work, but he did offer to let me take it to a place to have it detailed and would then refund the cost of the detail. In the end, we had it taken to another body shop where they had to redo all the work completely over. Unfortunately, the interior can not be fixed without replacing it and since it was not caused due to the accident it is not covered by the insurance company. Our insurance company stated that this is the first time that there has been any major issues with this place. For me, I am not willing to risk letting Car Kraft do any work on my vehicles in the future.

Bob, Dustin, Susan, and Joe are amazing! They're really friendly and make you feel right at home. They fixed my car within two days and the work was FLAWLESS. The paint was blended so well; you'd never think my car was even in an accident. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get bodywork or service done to their car!

I chose this place because it's a Geico express repair shop and it was convenient. Damage inspection and rental car was ready in 30 min and the repair time/price quote was ready the next day. Text messaging service was also very convenient. My car was ready earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Great service!

The body work was done properly but the car pulled hard to the right which was not present when it was dropped off and the inside of the car was covered in a white powder from the shop. They said the car was road tested and an alignment was completed, I guess not. I would be hesitant to go back.

I had a great experience with Car Kraft. Had a minor fender bender and side mirror damage. They did an excellent, flawless repair in two days time. The owner volunteered to install and reinstall my child's car seat back and forth between the rental car and mine and was such a pleasant man. The whole staff is positive and friendly. I'd definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience with Car Kraft recently, repairing significant cosmetic damage to the front of my Mercedes CLK. They were recommended by Wolfgang's, a well known Mercedes repair shop, and they lived up to the recommendation. Their work was outstanding, with all fits and finish nearly identical to brand new.
There was one piece of the bumper where they had missed a complete spray of the clear coat, and the owner was genuinely embarrassed at the mistake. This was a great indication of the pride they take in their work. Although it was a hassle to need to leave the car for a few more days, I really appreciated their approach to fixing things, and that they wanted it all perfect.
But perhaps most importantly, the guys at Car Kraft were always very nice and easy to deal with, very polite and friendly on the phone. Even at a high-end Mercedes dealership, I never felt as much caring as the team at Car Kraft showed, all of which was reflected in their work.
