First and last time at this business. I had a belt put on. It took 15 minutes. I was charged $50 labor. That is $200 per hour. That is pricier than a lawyer.

not happy

We have done buisnees with Bolton automotive for 2 years and was happy. Bolton has changed his business approach and does not stand behind his 12 months 12000 warranty.

We broke down in the area on a Sunday. They were able to take us Monday morning. After diagnosing the problem (damaged power steering lines), the woman said it was $385 the repair and there was a recommended repair for $200 (replace the pump). She stated we should do the recommended to save on the labor cost. The guy comes out and corrects her that there is no labor savings in doing the $200 job at the same time. We opted for just the necessary repair. They dropped us off at 'home' and came to pick us up once the truck was done. Much to our surprise when it came to pay the bill; it was $450. She didn't add in the cost of the diagnostics. I have no clue if this cost is typical. It was great that they were able to take us on Monday and had the shuttle, but don't like surprises when settling up.
