My husband and I took our car to bonnie's they told us they would call us and tell us what was wrong before starting any work and price, BUT they repaired the problem and then called to tell us it was done and the price. We might have wanted to get a 2nd opinon but they took away that option. They basically lied to us so now we will not be doing anymore business with this garage.

The first time I went there everything was great. In fact they did not charge me to "fix" the problem I was having with my car. Two days later the sound was back. I took my car back up there and was informed that it was coming from my timing belt area. I was told the price to fix it would be $363. I gave the ok. I finally get the call that my car is ready and the price is now $502. No one called me to say that more repairs were needed. The extra repair was for my timing belt.. which they gave to my husband and once I saw it I was floored. It looks fine. Too be sure I took it to 2 different mechanics and they said the same thing. See I had my timing belt changed a year ago and even though I had an issue in the timing belt area it did not affect the actual belt. I called to see if I could talk to Josh, cause I had a few questions, and the rep told me she would have him call me. That was in the morning.. at 3pm I finally asked my husband to call and funny how Josh immediately found the time for him. I will copy this review and post it on every website I can and tell every person who cares to listen about them.

I've been dealing with Bonnie's Automotive for past 10 years+. My wife drives a mail Jeep on rural route. Every time I've called Josh with mechanical problem on Jeep, which is often, he's said bring it in now. Vehicle is usually done next day, but most importantly, it's ALWAYS been fixed right, the first time, every time so far. Example: Recently 2013 Jeep Wrangler, 3 years old, intermittent power failures. I took to 2 Jeep dealers, both said didn't know what problem was, but suggested series of $1000 "maybe" will fix it solutions. $28000, 3 year old vehicle unusable. Dealer can't fix. I took to Bonnie's, 2 days later problem fixed and on the road. These guys are THE BEST DIAGNOSTIC GUYS AROUND. It has been my experience that what sets this shop apart is: a. they diagnose the problem correctly the first time b. when you pick up the vehicle it's fixed. I've had nothing but good experiences here.

The owner of this place is a low life! The money you give him goes to his coke habit. He treats his family like garbage and I'm honestly supposed he treats his customers with any form of respect. They're untrustworthy garbage.

My car has been with them twice, and twice they have worked on a Saturday to make sure my car was done in the time frame they promised me. If it's not something my wife can do Bonnie's will always get my business. They don't try to push more on you than what needs to be done, and they are fair on the price!!!

Oil changed and inquired about my service engine soon light was on. Was told that the engine was overheating and they didn't have time to check into it. Turns out both my radiator and reservoir were both EMPTY. They never even checked fluid levels. Un-f...ing acceptable. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.
