Lloyd has been the point of contact for me, with Robert servicing my car.
The good:
- Very thorough
- Prompt about returning phone calls / calling me about status updates
- Honest, they could have charged me for additional services I thought I needed, but did not
- They will go over all the details of what needs to be done in a very patient manner, and answer any questions you might have in a very polite, forthright manner.
The meh:
- Actually, not much to complain about...
I'd definitely recommend this place.

I went here to get my back wind shield fixed and even though it wasn't a major fix (aka they wouldn't make a lot of money off me) they treated me like I was a golden customer. I went in yesterday and they didn't have the part I needed but they had it at the store within a day so they were very efficient. And I heard them talk to other people and they treated everyone with so much respect. I will for sure come back if I have another issue with my car, which hopefully won't be anytime soon! Thank you for your great service!

Used these guys since the 80s. Then their prices got higher... and higher til they gave my wife an estimate of $3,500 to fix her air conditioner. So I took to Joe's Auto Repair...$2,000 ! I'm sold on Joes now at the advice of my neighbor. The Bellaire guys are good guys but at what cost do you stay loyal?

Craig has serviced our cars for years. He is always patient with your questions. He is very resourceful- recommends where to go for painting the car, etc. It is such a pleasure to have competent, honest mechanics who go out of their way to make sure your car is running smoothly.He is truly experienced and professional.

Lloyd and Craig, very honest and straighfoward guys, who know their way around all things car related. plus their Mechanics are fast and solid with the repairs. I trust them with all my cars,. Houston can be a scary place when it comes to repairs, but these guys are as great as it gets. I thank God that I found them.
