Speedometer was broken. $50.00

UNBELIEVEABLE.. RUN AWAY FAST.. DONT LISTEN 2 FAKE 5 Star Posts.. Notice the one stars and how fake the other ones sound. They are foreign and don't even know cars at all! They are not qualified for car repair. I took my Brand new leased car in because I needed a tail light bulb installed. Now, after its all said and done. I have a parking light back there that won't work because the socket is broken.. And now there is codensation buildup in my taillight. These people are not certified to work on vehicles. STEER CLEAR, RUN FAST, and read other one star reviews .. They called the police on me because I wouldn't leave their place knowing damn well I'm not going to go through the troubles of filing a civil lawsuit. Screw them. There's this thing called Karma.. My Grand AM has a blown head gasket, and has caused several other issues. I am considering several options that this company has given me, and in the mean time I have been allowed to drive a loner car for FREE. Not many shops I have dealt with over the years have ever offered to give me a ride for free. The mechanic knows his stuff, and i trust his judgement. And even if the worst case scenario hits they are willing to help me find a good car to purchase. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and more helpful than one would expect on finding they have few options.

ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS, Jake Smitty, Timothy Smith, and Timothy Smitt are all the same people. Here is the whole story and not just the twisted one. The vehicle is not leased, no way is that possible. Customer came in for a reverse light being out, we more than happily obliged him and changed, a few weeks later the customer called and stated Very Rudely that we have damaged his vehicle, we told the customer to bring the vehicle in to check it. We found that Both rear taillights were broken and water had gotten into the taillights, we advised the customer that the bulbs would go out because of the contact with water. The customer then called about 50 if not more times a day harassing our staff, for the first time we had to call the police department to tell the customer to stop harassing our employees. And sir, your psychological condition does not justify your rude comments and insulting words, or your behavior. Do business with this company for over 5 years, the amount of professional attitude and customer service that this shop provides nothing but excellent. All in all a great shop that knows what they are doing, and prices are extremely fair, with a very kind and friendly staff.

Amazing, quick, and personable service. Staff was very personal and gracious. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. I was given the opportunity to speak to the mechanic when I had specific questions about the repairs, and was even shown exactly what the problem was on my car and what they were doing to fix it. Staff was very responsive and called me several times to update me on the status of my repairs.

-Continued- STAY AWAY IMPORTANT REVIEW READ TIM SMTH ONE FIRST (HAHAHA) You have got to be kidding me. "I said well Can you NOT verify if i give you the last 4 of my social? The first 4 numbers of my address? Nothing can confirm which one is me? "She says No." (Thats bc I am NOT in their system and never have been. She wanted to take down my information and backdate into the system or whatever she wanted to do with it, THEY ARE SHADY. Not to mention, my information has nothing to do with the problem at hand. She then tells me come back TOM at noon. You have got to be kidding me. Someone please arrest these people working here. They can not do this to hardworking honest people. After several minutes of waiting there, I get to finally tell her what has happened to my car and about the condensation buildup that has nopw occured. SHE SAID THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING, THEY DONT KNOW ME, AND HAVE A GOOD DAY. Try back tomorrow at noon and he MIGHT be able to fix your parking light (THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR , TWICE!!!!). This is all after they started the conversation off by saying "I've seen you here before, how's it going". Now they dont know me, and my problem is my problem HAHAHA SERIOUSLY??? WOW THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. (Don't mind the caps, I'm just showing out my frustration bc now I'm thinking their guys aren't even certified to do this work. So bottomline, I paid $35 to put in a tail light bulb that i originally provided. Now, I have a turn signal light that DOES NOT work, and CONDENSATION water buildup ion my light. I paid $35.00 for them to break my turn signal and not install it properly. If you don't know what your doing then say you don't know, I'll gladly take it someqwhere else, but DO NOT take people's money, them leave them with more problems then they had when they started in the first place. HIGHLY AVOID, STEER CLEAR, SHADY. As an added kicker i said will you please do business like a legal american and they told me why do i have to be racist? Are you kidding me? I responded by saying, How was that racist? You are telling me that you are NOT American? (trying anything they can to deter from the real problem, my car) THESE PEOPLE ARE NUTS and our country is disappointing me more and more each day with people who do business in this manner. I had a fantastic experience with One Stop Auto. I just recently moved to Lansing from the greater Detroit area, and had no idea where to go when my rear brake pads and routers needed to be replaced. Needless to say I lucked out by choosing to take my car here!!
Maria was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I dropped my car off on my lunch break, and she offered to drive me back to work (about 3 miles away). We had a nice conversation and she never made me feel like it was an inconvenience for her to give me a lift.
My car was done by about 6pm which worked out great with my work schedule. They did a quality job replacing my brake pads/routers, and were never pushy about getting extra/unnecessary work done on my car.
Their prices can't be beat - they were extremely fair and got me everything I needed at an excellent price. I ended up saving about $150+ by taking my car here as opposed to a competitor.
Overall, I had a great experience with One Stop Auto and would highly recommend them. Awesome combination of customer service, quality, professionalism, friendliness, price, and convenience!

These guys are too unreliable. The first car I took in there they told me they'd give me a call when they got the part in, which they said would be in in a couple of days. I hadn't gotten a call for two weeks when I decided to call them and they told me they still hadn't gotten the part. Then a couple of days later I called back again because they still hadn't called about the part and they finally said they had it. I took that car in and got the part put in no problem. Then I decided to take my other car there for them to do an inspection on as I had never taken it into a shop and just wanted it looked at. That was a big mistake. They told me it needed new brakes and rotars. Being an expensive fix I took it some place else for a second opinion. Come to find out the brakes and rotars on the vehicles had hardly any wear on them and looked like new. Nice guys, but horrible service.

I had a terrible experience with this auto shop. I came in to get my rear bumper replaced. Firstly, the prices were outrageous, but I was in a a time crunch. Afterwards, I noticed that there was a clip missing that attached the bumper. I called and visited numerous times to get it fixed (it was very minor) but they did not respond accordingly. I was always told to "come back later," or that they would call me back when the mechanic was in. They never did. Highly disappointed that they could not follow up on such a simple task after charging me so much.
