I love the fact that they took the time to really thoroughly explain what all was going on with my car, it made me feel like I wasn't getting ripped off. And I love that they didn't pressure me to get certain work done on my car, but instead gave me a time line of when I should have it done. I really like their 1-10 system rating that they have, which ties in with the time line! Very friendly & make yourself at home type of place...

First time I used Lakeview Automotive, I had just taken my car to two other places (dealership included) and got the same quote & diagnosis ($1200+). I decided to wait then came across Lakeview Automotive. I told them about the previous diagnosis and they found the real problem, saving me $1000. I highly recommend Tony & his team. They work hard to diagnose the problem correctly & they don't over sale services you don't need. They could have said exactly what the previous two repair shops said was the problem but they did not.

These people told me I needed over $2000. In parts and labor to fix my little car. Something didnt feel right, so I took the car to 2 different mechanics. BOTH told me I didn't need the things they tried to sell me. It cost me under $200. In parts, labor and another alignment DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE, needless to say. She's running like new again. I have also run into 2 other individuals who've had similar experiences with this place. They are charming enough as they try to milk you for things you don't need!

Tony, Gary and crew are absolute professionals and provide top notch customer service! They have free wifi, so I was able to work from their lobby and sip some coffee while I waited. They even offered me a slice of watermelon before I left. Great southern hospitality and then some!!

I broke down on the interstate late at night and Highway Patrol called for my tow. The tow company took me to Lakeview Automotive, thankfully. Everyone at Lakeview was incredibly helpful, polite and professional!! They called me first thing in the morning at my hotel with an explanation of my problems, got me taken care of and picked me up so I could be home in time for Christmas! They do a full vehicle inspection every oil change and advise areas that are nearing attention on a 1-10 scale. Very helpful.

Since moving from Chicago, I've taken my caddy to Lakeview Automotive for my oil changes, brake repairs, transmission maintenance and other car issues. These guys have consistently given me the best customer service by explaining the work they plan on doing in layman's terms and giving me very reasonable options and pricing. They were highly recommended by the discount tire place in town and a few of my new friends.
I've gotten free coffee and wifi while I work on my laptop in their lobby during oil changes. More importantly, I really like supporting local businesses like Lakeview Automotive cause the bigger chain places are too cookie cutter for me and these guys are simply nice and hospitable in a time where those qualities are really hard to find!
Lakeview Automotive gets my highest recommendation!

This was a bad experience. The staff told my son several different things about fixing the car. The big issue was that the mechanic was supposed to check the car for a noise then, supposedly fixed something on the car but not the noise. Then charged 48 dollars to do what you got it not fix the problem. Then when we returned the owner or management was rude. Worse than shade tree mechanics flat out not honest.
We then took it to Reidville Rd auto and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Didn't charge us anything because it was that minor and Mike and his staff are great. We have been going their for 14 years and should have not went to Lakeview but Reidville Rd was a little busy. Lesson learned. Stay with the mechanics you know. Never go to shade tree mechanics like Lakeview automotive.
