I'm not one to leave reviews but the customer service I received from Juan Salazar was EXCELLENT ! I not only received daily calls from him to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle but my jeep wrangler looks like it was never in an accident. It looks brand new. I love this place. My name is William I had a terrible car accident about a month ago and a loyal friend recommended me this body shop, I must say they were very attentive with all of my needs from the receptionist Yuri who always answers your call witch I didn't have to call much because the advisor Eddy always kept me posted daily on the status of my 2010 infinity g37 so I knew when my vehicle would be ready. Turn around time was very fast and when I received my vehicle it looked like it was never in a head on collision. I was worried when I went to return my leased vehicle last week that I would have to pay something because of the accident but the repairs were done so professionally I turned in my lease without a hick up. I cannot express with words how thankful I am. Auto Body Experts USA in Miami Fl , is one of the most professional, efficient, and honest body shop around. I was involved in a three car accident, well four to be exact. My car a Dodge Journey was hit twice in the rear which pushed me into the car in front of me. The accident caused damage to the front, and rear bumpers of my vehicle. To make this long story short. My Dodge Journey was thourghrully inspected, and restored back to its showroom appearance. In January, my Jeep Cherokee got rammed in the back by a tow truck. The whole rear of the vehicle was destroyed. I was put in the hands of Auto Body Experts. I am so glad I was. The service in amazing, the updates that they send to your phone is great. Last but not least, the work that they performed on my vehicle was honestly the best, the car looks brand new again just like it did before the accident. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BOGUS WARRANTY ON THE WORK THEY DO! I was recommended to this place by my insurance. Within a year after they painted my car the paint peeled off completely. They claim to guarantee their work with a lifetime warranty but when I called to have the damaged pair repair they changed their story and were not helpful at all. The manage - Max blew me off directly when I tried to make an appointment to repair the issue under the warranty.
Apparently this happens often, as my insurance no longer recommends them.

I have had my car repaired here twice and both times I have been very satisfied. I was referred by Geico the first time. They did a great job on a drivers side collision, and the paint job was of good quality. It lasted the life of the car without any issues. I just got a new car about a year ago and I recently hit some road debris on the 836. It cracked my front bumper and tore off/ripped up the plastic splash shield under the front of the car. This is the first place I thought of. They gave me a reasonable quote and I gave a deposit for the work. Once the bumper came in, they painted it and then had me bring the car in to have it put on. The work was completed in just a few hours with no hassles or need to rent a car! They even gave me a ride to my job when I dropped the vehicle off. Also, Max was very nice, and easy to reach. I definitely would use them again!

Great work just takes a little bit of time.
As a car fanatic, I took my car here not bc I was in a rush but bc I wanted my car repaired the right way. after a few delays and problems with insurance, we got my baby looking like new.
They did a great job matching the odd metalic purple. Although it took more time than I would have wanted, to me it's more important 5hat the job was done the right way.
Would I recommend the shop?
If you want your car repaired the right way, and time is not too pressing, this is one of the best shops in miami. If you love your car, and care about it like your child. Bring it here.

I wish I could give this worthless place no stars at all. I went to this place due to Geico's recommendation. Which must be a paid sponsorship now that I think about it.
For an entire month, Auto Body Experts had my car for front end damage done to my car. Other collision centers had given me a week turn around time after the fact unfortunately.
On week three of said repairs they manage to scrape up a bumper that was used, an oem hood, re-shape the fenders, get a new radiator with fans to go with it that didn't go with my model car, hoses for the radiator, and respray the front of the car.
Oh yeah, lets not forget to mention glue on parts of the bumper that required brackets and screws, not put on the stickers that were OEM, not paint certain parts of my bumper which are now rusting, and putting on the hood the improper way which caused my hood to open up on the highway.
There are more things that I would like to add but I'm sure you get the point.
I took it back to get fixed and yet they still managed to screw it up again.
After getting into an argument with the owner and Geico having to calm down said owner he finally agreed to fix it.
I wish this story had a happy ending but my car is still in a mess and this shop got paid to screw up my car basically. Now my car, which is a hard to come by vehicle, is throwing engine codes left and right. I'm taking my car to an independent mechanic just to fix the damage this shop caused.
You can take my word for it or not. Essentially the decision is up to you, but I implore you to go to a different collision center that isn't a production line for doing quick fixes for money. Had I seen any reviews of this place I would not have taken it here, but for some reason there are none. Which is odd because during my duration at that collision center I saw two upset customers saying parts were not installed correctly and one lady actually had her fog light fall out right in front of me.
If you value your vehicle and it's life expectancy, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
I have already advised my circle of car friends to spread the word. This is unacceptable and unsafe for any driver. This company is reckless and all they care about is the money they get from insurance claims.
I feel bad for some of their employees who seemed really apologetic to me for such horrible craftsmanship.

My boyfriend and I came for an oil change once in the summer, they were relatively empty and the service was great.
I came today with my car and asked for an oil change and they told me to pull up and take a seat inside, because it would take no time. I was planning on going across the street to sunset place, but since they said it would take no time, I waited inside. Half an hour went by. I finally decided to take the clothes in my car across the street to the dry cleaner. -- I come back, still not ready. I go out to see what's going on, and they hadn't even started my car.
I left to get something to eat, and came back about 45 minutes later. The car is still not ready. I waited about fifteen more minutes before they told me I could pay. The computers weren't working so they couldn't take my credit card. (Another 15 minute delay) Then I go outside and there are two people sitting in my car trying to figure out how to get the service light off. After another 20 minutes, I told them to get out of my car and drove off. Nearly 3 hours for an oil change, and my service light is still on. What a disaster.

I ended up at this location due to Geico's suggestion after someone hit my car. My car had some damage on the passenger's side of the front bumper. Geico gave me an appointment for a Monday morning. I was helped as soon as I got there and was done within a few minutes. They called me almost daily to give me updates on my car, which I appreciated. By Thursday, I was able to pick up my car. They even gave me a small bottle of the paint they used in case I ever need a touch up. On location, I completed a survey about the body shop. I would suggest they hand this out after the customer sees the final product. After analyzing the work that was done to my car, I think it was unnecessarily overpriced. I am glad it did not come out of my pocket.
