NOVA Auto body shop is a very reliable shop. I highly recommend this shop for any car body damage repair. Their repair technicians do excellent job and they are very experienced, friendly, efficient and precise. They even detailed my car after the repairs and provided me a rental car service on site and that made me very satisfied customer, too. Their customer service is really good.

This auto body shop does honest work. We've used them 3 different times with 2 separate vehicles. In one instance there was an electrical issue that they solved by finding the right fuse that needed to be replaced, and didn't charge me a dime for the time, work or fuse. If you need a reliable shop for your car, go here first.

Don't use this auto body shop! They damaged our car while repairing it and wouldn't repair the damage they did even though they admitted it was their fault! What kind of company does that? A company that has no customer service and that doesn't stand by their work. Very disappointing experience. Definitely do not recommend them.

So far I can't complain. I did have to wait a longtime to get my car back but it was not because they took too long. Mine needed a part only found in Korea. The only thing I would suggest is don't inform the customer of a pickup time until you're absolutely sure. I did appreciate their customer service. They try hard to please. I never got the run-a-round and never had to leave a message and "not" get a call back. All the staff I met were very friendly. They even follow up a few days after the repair with a phone call. I do hope to never need to see them again but we can all understand why. :-)

I can't say enough about this company and the quality work they provide. This is the second time I have engaged their services...first an insurance claim on my Lexus SC430 and most recently with a couple of disturbing, self-induced deep scratches on my Tesla Model S rear fender and rear bumper. The owner (Kenny) gave me an extremely fair price on the repair and painting along with a one day estimate for completion. I dropped my car off the next morning and as promised the work was completed by 6pm that same day. However, Kenny indicated that the repair required more paint and more hours to complete. He then showed me the repair and it was gorgeous! Could not be happier. On top of that, the owner stated that the price was the price and I was good to go. In the auto repair business it is always great when you can find someone you can trust. I will trust this organization for all future auto body work and you should too.

Definitely one of the worst body shops I've had to take my car to.
Unfortunately, i switched to Geico (first mistake of mine), I then got into a car accident (second mistake of mine), then had to take my car to this place (third mistake of mine).
I got into a fender bender and my hood took the banging. So when my hood bends, and my shocks on my hood get killed is that a part of a claim or not? According to Geico it is a part of it. NOVA Auto body said that it had nothing to do with it-- really? Did my hood not get smashed and my shocks go out? Geico agreed that it was a part of it and should be covered my insurance. I realized this after I left the shop, because of course the walk through the gentleman did with me was fast and pointless. He walked around and showed me what they changed, but never opened my hood, where there was a lot of damage to the radiator inside as well.
Not only this but they promised me that I would have out by Friday (this was told to me Wednesday morning). I didn't get my car back until the following Friday, with me having to call them every other day since they never gave me any updates.
Just a horrible place and really bad service...
& yes, I went out and bought my own hood shocks and went and paid for labor to put them in ELSEWHERE.

Service is decent. I was rear ended and this was a recommended body shop through the other drivers insurance.
Long story short my repainted bumper doesn't match my car, the alignment and spacing between body panels and bumper is off too compared to the other side. You can still see small dimples of the other drivers license plate screws in my bumper.
Long story short this is the last place I would bring my car if I were paying for repairs out of pocket. At the end of the day this is my work vehicle and they got it back to me very quickly. In hindsight way too quickly to be able to produce quality work. Oh well

The best service ever! After the repair, my car looked brand new inside and out. Their paint job is amazing. The interior looked so clean that it looked like the very first day I bought my car. Very organized and great customer service. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he works in the shop and is very sweet, he gave me a ride home because I chose not to get a rental car which was super convenient! Highly recommend this place!

Kenny the Manager is very nice.
Top notch repair. Warranty and excellent work. Felt like they wax my car too. It was so shiny! Car looks like new!
Very honest people, left some money on my seat that they found in my car when they cleaned the inside. Gave me a very good price for extra repair besides my insurance repair and put some great door hedge protections better than the ones I bought before.
Excellent job. Courteous people and great job. They use the best long lasted materials and warranty they work longer than other stores. I will recommend this place to anyone.
ps. Wish they had decaf coffee or green tea the time we wait.

This place is actually not the most pleasant place to go to and to wait ...because, for example, the workers there smoke and the smell is so strong it makes me sick.
However, they did do a very good job repairing my car. I also loved that they washed and polished my car, and even inside the car it was vacuumed and cleaned. It was as though I had taken it to a car detailing place, except I got it done for free!!! That's a bonus :)
Good thing: they actually call you and keep you updated in the progress of your car. They have an estimated date to complete their work but it seems like they finish earlier than the estimated date. Also, they are honest. I pointed out an issue I noticed and they checked it and fixed my issue. I appreciate that.
It is overall an effective place to fix your car!!! I would recommend it based on the work they do, and not on the environment there at all.

From the initial phone call to the follow up call, this has been the best experience of any body shop I've ever been to! The workmanship and repair on my vehicle is perfect in every way and I'm a fastidious person. I could not find any fault after close inspection. They took care of my car as well as I do and that's extremely well! They even finished the repair ahead of schedule and went above and beyond: detailed interior, polished headlights and fixed lightbulbs! Exceptional customer service! Don't waste your time anywhere else, these professionals know what they're doing!

I'm new to the east coast, but not to car shops. I called three other shops and showed my car in another shop. Northern Virginia Autobody Inc., fixed my car in a little over an hour. The hood clasp was broken. I went there only once, but the staff are professional and friendly. Frank, aka Beau Bridge doppelgnger, was very helpful and the mechanics knew what they were doing.

I've always been looking for an honest mechanic shop that will give me a fair deal. Luckily I found it at NoVa Autobody. You can trust them to do an honest job, excellent work and charge a reasonable price. They are not going to charge you for work that is not necessary unlike most crooked auto shops; this place has integrity and are very accommodating and that's why I've been coming here for years and recommend them to my family and friends.

First of all let me start by saying I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for an honest car repair /body work. I showed up prior to opening, and I was greeted warmly by Frank when he pulled up to work. As I was escorted inside Frank filled in all the details of my repair. My rental car place was called,I was picked up and of to work with no problems. Received my car is ready call the next day, and picked up my truck with no issues. The young lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful!This place is great. Highly recommend coming here for body work! :-) im sure I'll be back!

This was second time i visited NoVa AB shop. Their whole staff was very professional. Mr. Min took the estimate and photos of car. I dropped off car next day and it was ready as per their initial estimate. I didn't have to call to ask them for update either, their staff called me and updated me about the car. Owner is very nice guy, there were some scuff marks on my car and they helped me with that as well.
I would definitely recommend it for car body work.

Impressive.
Not that I have a need to repair my car everyday, but the experience I had at this shop was amazing front start to finish. ALLLLLLL of the staff members were extremly courteous and professional. I had very minor damage to my car so my review is based on customer service really. I can't speak for the major bodywork they do.
My car went in as if it's been through hell and back from salt all over the car and an interior that hasn't been vacuumed since September. Yes... I was a little tiny bit embarrassed to hand over the keys but am
Glad I didn't do the work myself hehe. When I picked up the car, it was brand spanking new and clean as if it's been detailed!

Woohoo! As good as it gets...is right!
From the great communication and friendly staff (i.e. outstanding customer service) to the outcome of my car.
The work was completed sooner than expected. FLAWLESS work (damage repair and paint) with a detailing of my car (inside and out) added in at no additional charge.
This was the most satisfying experience I've ever had with an auto body repair shop.
I try not to be one who only speaks up when things don't go well.
This is one of those times when I am eager to share an extremely positive experience.

I've taken both my car and van to Mr. Lee at Northern Virginia Autobody on Roanoke st (Fairfax). The first time (car, 2 years ago) I submitted a claim and the second time (van, earlier this week) I was paying out of pocket. Both times I had a very positive experience.
Pros:
-They managed the claim process very quickly and clearly
-Rides to and from home/metro
-They vacuum and clean the vehicle before returning
-Mr. Lee both times was very polite and explained to me all my options, managing expectations, and the estimates were both times exactly what I ended up paying (no surprises).
-The car was fixed by them 2 years ago, and the paint job still looks great.
-Reasonably priced and flexibility for those on a budget.
Overall it was only a pleasant experience both times and I am a very happy customer.

I bottomed out on the way to this place, while taking my friend to pick up her car (which also received excellent work). The gigantic plastic under casing of my new Jetta was flapping all over route 50, and I was freaking out just a little. Compounding the stress was the fact that the shop was10 minutes from closing. I didn't expect them to fit me in without an appointment, but I asked anyway. To my delight, Mr. Lee graciously fixed up the car in a jiffy! How cool is that? The staff was so nice and understanding, and didn't hassle me about extra paperwork. I just paid their reasonable hourly rate- no extra unnecessary replacements. This is the way simple auto body repair should happen. And should anything more serious occur to warrant more body work, this shop will be my first choice!!

My car's steering wheel made squeaky sounds and it was getting worsen. I was getting inspection at another gas station and asked for an estimation to fix the sounds. I was told to change and steering wheel fluid which will cost me around $150.
I wanted to get second opion so took it to NOVA autobody workshop. A technition took a look and fixed in less than 5 minutes and cost me fraction.

Had my rear bumper and right, rear tail-light replaced a couple months ago. Bumper replacement involved painting and installation. Paint job had no defects and makes the back end of my Accord look new.
In terms of prompt customer service, I dropped the car off on a Friday and they were done by Saturday! Further, they did a complementary wash of the exterior and vacuuming of the interior.
Bottom line: would highly recommend for prompt, quality service!

Getting into a car accident was very stressful, but they took great care of me! They knew I did not have rental coverage, so they did their best to have my repairs done ahead of schedule. They called me almost everyday to give me updates about the repairs, so I was never left feeling in the dark. The repairs look amazing! I was so worried that the car was totaled, and now I can't even tell there was ever any damage. I am so pleased with how the car looks. The customer service here is excellent - they were even nice enough to provide me with a ride back home after I dropped off my vehicle for repairs. I will also mention that the women that work the front desk & phone service are so professional, helpful and hospitable. I am so happy that I took my vehicle here!

I brought my car here because when I was visiting home my neighbor hit me pulling out of her parking spot and since she didn't want to go through insurance asked her friend who works here to fix it for me. He ended up quoting her $500 so she decided to call AllState anyway. They quoted $791 to AllState and when the check came they said it was now $900, but after some arguing they dropped the price again. Um, Shady much?
So I go to pick it up today and they definitely put the reverse light bulb in the wrong place!!! I don't work in a body shop but I know where to put a freaking reverse bulb!!! Terrible... BUT! The paint and body repair looks good.
I definitely wouldn't go here again though!

I took my Ford Expedition to Northern Virginia Auto Body because State Farm had them listed as a vendor. I had tree damage to the top rear corner of the roof and hatch. I visited their location so they could provide an estimate and make the repairs. After the parts arrived I took the SUV for the work to be completed. One week later they called that it was ready for pickup. It was clear it was not ready for pickup. Hinges to the hatch were loose, rubber bumpers were missing and the hatch did not close properly. They spilled body epoxy or sealer on the interior. I came back the next day and the epoxy was still on the interior carpet. The representative claimed they do not use that type of epoxy and it was not their fault. They tried to pull off the epoxy only to rip the carpet. The hatch still did not close properly and you could see daylight from inside the SUV much-less seal water out. They promised me a call back which I never received. The existing body hatch area is scratched up with paint totally scratched off. Very disappointed and will never go there again. I plan on taking the SUV else where to finalize the repair and let State Farm know of any additional charages.

Honestly I don't understand why everyone had a bad experience here. I've had two severe accidents, one in may this year and one just last week. The first time was when my daughter got in a 4 car accident and our car was literally needed to be junked, yes it was that bad. So in panic I came here to see if there was any way to fix my car and make it drivable again. Miraculously, the Allstate inspector came and made an estimate and they workers fixed my car making it almost new. I was so surprised that they were able to repair it, and also after wards they cleaned the inside of my cars very well. My second accident was just last Sunday when I hit a deer, thankfully the deer is alive,but anyways the deer severely dented the front of my car, bent my hood, and cracked my headlights. So once again I took it here to get an estimate and of course they did a wonderful job at fixing my car making it look almost new. Honestly this is a great place to go to get your car fixed, checked up, etc. I'll be recommending this to everyone.

Avoid this place. I really want to give zero star as they do not deserve anything. I got in a car accident (got hit and run). The whole driver side was damage, mainly on the door and the side mirror was torn apart. I took the car in and it took them almost two weeks to fix it. When I picked up the car, it looked fine. The door made a little noise when I opened it but it was fine. A month later the window popped out of track. I couldn't close the window without trying to push and slide it back in place. I called them and took the car back on Saturday. I didn't hear from them, so I called them on Tuesday. They said the car was ready. The owner helped me that evening. As soon as his employee pulled the car out for me, I tried to open the window to make sure it was fixed. It wasn't. The owner said I thought it was fixed. He said sorry. I went back again on Thursday. It was fixed this time. The next morning on Friday, I drove it to work. The horn and stereo didn't work and there was a burn smell in the trunk. I called them and took it back again on Saturday. They called me on Wednesday, yesterday, to tell me that the car was ready. I went to pick up the car. The owner was rude. He tried to ignore me. I had to wait for a while because they misplaced the car key. It took them about 15 minutes to find the key. I asked the owner what happen to the car. He didn't answer my question, just said it was fine, everything was ok. I tried to be patient and get my car back, so I didn't say anything. I checked the car before I left. The window, horn and stereo worked. This morning, getting ready to go to work, the battery was dead. I don't think I will go back to this place again. I paid them $3,200 to fix my car but they didn't do their job right at all. I had to take it back again and again. Wasting time, wasting money. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!
