Last year almost 3500 dollars worth of damage was done to the door of my 2007 Sienna. European Auto Body came to the rescue. Not only did they do a superb job, but they were able to save me enough money for a weeks worth of rental car cost.

Ive used European Auto Body for my cars several times and have been more than pleased with the timeliness, the quality of work, and the price. This shop does excellent work and its obvious they take pride in what they do. Specifically, I refer to Mr. Linton Browne, who treats each car as if its his own, and who is one of the most customer-oriented technicians Ive ever met. My most recent repair involved adjusting the position of the passenger-side front fender on my 2008 Corvette. The fender had shifted out of alignmentdue to a long-ago previous repair from some other auto body shopand was hanging up on the front edge of the door, preventing the door from opening. I stopped in one morning to make an appointment with Linton to bring in the car for repair. Linton literally dropped what he was doing, got out a few tools and, in less than ten minutes, he had adjusted the fender perfectly, thereby correcting a door-opening problem that had plagued me for quite some time. AND his price was exceptionally reasonable. Where else can you find service like that? I guess I dont need to say where Ill continue to bring my cars in the future!

i spent 5 weeks driving my vw R32 without a front bumper because i couldnt decide on where to take it for repair. if you know anything about R32s and their owners, you might know that many of us treat our R32s like they are our firstborn children.
my decision to go with european auto body was mostly based on gut feeling. they had been recommended to me by alexandria vw a few years back when my R32 was brand new and got its first scratch on the back bumper. i never bothered getting any paint work done at the time because seeing as i park on the street in a crowded dc neighborhood, i knew i had more bumper scratches to look forward to in the future.
fast forward to august of this year, i miscalculated a u-turn in a narrow alley and the whole front bumper tore off of my car. my insurance company recommended their own shop (which had terrible reviews). friends of mine who are also vw drivers recommended a shop in nw dc that looked sketchy as all hell. option three was the vw body shop that is run by the dealership itself-- the one i trusted least of all.
i found european auto bodys business card while rifling through old papers in my glove compartment, and im hella glad i did. i gave them a call, and when i took my car in for them to take a look at the damage, it was pretty much the only time (out of all the different places i went to) that i had a positive gut feeling about how the repairs would turn out.
my main concern was matching the paint. the R32 blue is a very particular blue, and i was scared that the color of the new bumper would be visibly different.
well, im thrilled with the way the repair work was done. my car literally looks the exact way it did before. in fact, right now it looks like it did the day i drove it off the vw dealership lot. the work is perfect and the paint job is perfect. its really hard to avoid "orange peel" effect with the way paints are manufactured and applied nowadays, but i hardly notice any of that at all.
customer service is another very important factor in any business transaction, and everyone at this shop was pleasant to deal with.
bottom line, if i ever need additional body or paint work done to my R32, i will definitely be coming back here. i highly recommend this shop to anyone who cares about having their vw/audi/beemer/benz/porsche repaired or repainted properly.
ask for tom, but everyone i dealt with at this shop was very friendly.

I took my 1972 corvette in for the front to be repainted and they did a good job on the paint but when i picked up my vette the floor was flooded cuz they left the car outside with the windows slightly rolled down and did not put the car cover over the vette per instruction, also the rear bumper is damaged from them backing into something and of course they deny anything saying it was like that before it got there which is not true, also they messed with the woring hen they disconnected my headlights for painting and now the wipers dont work, they refuse to fix anything and now im having to find lega ways to get my all original vette fixed, i recommend not taking your vehicle here unless you dont find it coming back worse

I bought the Groupon from European Auto Body, and my expectations were dramatically exceeded. They worked with my low budget to fix up my bumper, and when I saw it, I was shocked it was the same car. They were also enjoyable to work with and finished my car quickly. I will definitely be returning!

Fantastic job by European Auto Body! I have a 12-year-old Civic that I'd like to keep for as long as possible, but a few years ago I noticed the paint started oxidizing or peeling off completely. It got worse and I finally decided I'd better get it repainted if I wanted the car to last. European Auto Body was recommended to me by Yates Automotive, and although I shopped around for several price quotes, European Auto Body gave me the best deal by far. My car looks good as new, and they even fixed some cracks and bumps at no additional cost. I don't think this deal can be beat anywhere in the area. They called me throughout the week to let me know the status of my car, and there were no hidden fees or charges. Everything was straightforward and honest. It's a small operation so you always know exactly who is working on the car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

i manage a automotive shop here in alexandria, and recommend all my customer to european autobody for their autobody needs. i have been referring my customer to linton browne for 7.5 years and not once has he made me regret it!! linton has also help me out personally with some body work. which it looked better than new. again i only deal with linton browne!!!!
