i cant believe what they just did to my girlfriend's car, that would be the worst service in the world!! Actually, they even didn't help my girlfriend! She has a flat tire and she went to this place very early in the morning even before they open, she waited almost 30 min until they open business. But they refuse help her to change the tire cause their is a BMW car just come in, they want to fix the MBW one. And they told my girlfriend they don't have time, she can come back tmrw or leave the car inside the shop. WTF! WTF! its only take less in 10 mins to fix a tire, but they like BMW not a 2007 Honda! She was so mad and left, i was keep going to place to change oil and do the car inspection, and i will never never coming back again. Thank you for i dont have a BMW!

This is the cleanest garage I've seen and the service is wonderful. Before any work is done, I always get a phone call with a price quote and only after everything is explained in detail do they proceed. I've gone to a number of places for price quotes and have found A&S auto to be the most reasonable. Instead of doing a bunch of work I don't need, I'm always told what is absolutely imperative and what can wait. The 2 main people working here (one Pakistani man and one Persian man) are always friendly and kind. All their work is guaranteed and you can come back within 90 days if you still experience any issues without being charged again.
Their auto service is located inside the Gulf gas station right next to the Sunoco gas station.

I purchased a coupon at groupon. I thought I could use for my two cars but not. If you read well, it says synthetic blend. Synthetic oil has different numbers up to how thick or thin. You should check your cars first. They have synthetic oil too. But it's really pricy like $100.
The customer service is bad and good.
The one at the reception desk is not friendly at all. We booked for 2 cars but he thought 1. And he did not want to admit it.
The mechanic man is really kind. He explained about synthetic oil and tire rotation well. He is respectful. He told me that he would quit explaining, if I'm not interested in those great tips. He knows car maintenances well and is proud of it. That's why he'd like to share the information with the people who care about their cars a lot but don't know how to take care about them. I really appreciated.
The location is great. Close to The center of Tyson's corner. I killed time with shopping.
The office is small next to or in the gas station.

Worst service ever!! The guy is rude and racist. I showed up 15 min early for my appointment and told me to wait for over an hour. Total BS- do not go here

I came back this year for inspection and again needed some fixes to pass. Unfortunately both of those issues came back a month or so later after shelling out hundreds on repairs. I opted to try a new place for a second opinion on something they had temporarily fixed and to fix an unrelated one.

Came here on a whim because it was like 2 minutes from my work. Really happy with this shop- came to get an emissions check and that went quickly. Then decided to get new front brake pads and that took less than an hour, and the actual price ended up being less than the quoted price. Real honest guys who came here from Boston 20 years ago and have been providing good work since.

I had a flat tire at 11:40AM on a Wednesday. I called A&S and they told me to bring it in at 12:00PM. I stopped by at 12 and they had it plugged and back on the road in 20 minutes. They vulcanized the tire plug (I watched them do it) so it bonds to the tire and will actually last for the remainder of the tire's lifetime. Fast service, fair price and no nonsense.

This place was a lifesaver. My car's alternator went, and I literally rolled into the place. It was after hours, but Ozzie make sure that he could find out my problem, and spent the next day (a Saturday) working on it and getting it done.
Ozzie seems trustworthy and offers good advice, not just on the work he performs but on keeping your car working well in general.
