Faster automotive is by far the best shop I have EVER gone to honest and fast repair. Called in at 12pm told me to come in 3 hours later. Customer service was awesome as well. Quoted me a very very reasonable price! I'll be back!!!

Mytech has always been amazing. These guys are extremely professional, knowledgeable and will strive to give you the best advice regarding what services need to be done. They will not try to oversell you on things you do not need and will always take care of their customers. Wayne, Chris and everyone else really work hard and do exquisite work on any car you bring them. They really do go above and beyond, not many places do that nowadays. I can honestly say that I blindly entrust any work they do without question or doubt in my mind.

5 Stars usually means as good as it gets and MyTech Auto deserves all 5. Knowledgeable, honest, cordial business. Everyone I spoke to displayed the same type of attitude. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, quality of service and ability to adequately estimate repair cost. This shop has had my son's car for a month and originally estimated one week. They quoted a price half of the final cost, a mere $1000 off. We had to return the car a few days after it was "fixed" because it was leaking fluid. We paid well in advance of completion. We leave messages asking about the status and they don't return the calls. On more than one occasion they told us they would call at the end of the day to let us know if it was finished that day or if we had to wait longer, and they just didn't call. Beyond frustrated.

Louis and company are the best. The Mrs and I have been bringing our cars to these guys for years...and I do mean years. They are honest, quick, accommodating when they can be - which is often - and they stand behind their work.
And now they even have a Keurig machine in the front. Can't ask for more than that ;)

I found Mytech Auto through my business networking group. Since finding a good mechanic that you can trust is not always easy to do, I am overjoyed to have met Lewis and his shop. He does great work and is as honest as they come. Mytech services both of our vehicles and I couldn't be happier with their service.

I went to MyTech because of their proximity to Belmont Bay and the reviews here on Yelp and Google. I got my front brakes and rotors replaced. Dropped my car off in the morning using their convenient drop box, they called letting me know exactly what they found and what they were going to do, including a full price breakdown, I agreed and they did the work. The brakes work great, better then ever in fact, and the price was spot on for the repair. They use quality OEM parts!

My family has been going to MyTech for years (ever since Louis took over the shop). They are wonderful. Louis is very honest and will work with you if you have budgetary concerns. He never does work that doesn't need to be done (unlike many other places). He explains what needs to be done and how he has to do it on several levels - my husband understand cars, so they use "car shop" shorthand; whereas I don't and he explains the work in such a way that I do understand it!

Luis and his gang are top notch. Reasonable prices and fast service. My old car was dying. After I spent a major sum of money last year getting the car repaired at the dealer, this year I went to Luis. Luis told me I could do all the repairs it needed and put a lot of money into it, but it might not be worth it. That honesty was very refreshing. Luis also did all the repair and re-repair on my mom's car after the Firestone in Springfield totally ripped her off.
