This place is a rip off. I took my car there to get the oil changed because of the reasonable price. They showed me where the engine had been splashing oil on the part underneath the hood by the windshield. I told them that I would have my husband take care of it. After I left there this never happened again. It has the appearance that they take advantage of women. If there was a rating less than one star I would use it.

This shop is Awesome ! They gave me a big discount and helped me like no other shop has done. They guarantee 100% of their work and they are honest family oriented people! Number 1 in my eyes.

I seen so many people come in and get extremely upset bc they messed up their car. So I ignored it thinking all I need is ball joints. After receiving service at an extremely high price the problem wasn't fixed so when I went to complain the lady behind the counter started yelling at me then some guy from the back came into the lobby w his shirt off threaten my life. They disconnected my air box on purpose so that mutiple sensors went off so that I'd return n pay more money. By free this is the worst place I've ever been. DO NOT GO HERE. Trust me. Just call around u will get way better prices anywhere else and I guarantee better customer service too. They tried charging me 375$ for a 20$ thermostat. Went down the street and paid 35$ for labor and all.

This place is great!
The steering pump was damaged at a previous auto repair location and was referred by staff employees at Autozone to this location. I took in the vehicle around 10am and had it back by 1pm before my 1:20 class so it worked out wonderfully.
Not only did they tell me the problem, they also checked other things to make sure the Jeep was good. My engine light had recently turned on and gave me an estimate and showed which oxygen sensor had to be replaced. They found the serpentine belt was used up and asked them to replace it as well. Overall I haven't had any problems with the vehicle since then and even got a 10% Student discount since I'm a student at Valparaiso University.
-Def. worth having your car fixed here and they were as honest as possible about charges and Autozone employees referred me here! I'd say def come here to get your car fixed.

I highly recommend this auto repair shop. From my initial call through the completion of my repair, the customer service was exceptional. I knew from the moment Tabitha answered my call that I was dealing with someone who valued her customers. The repair was finished in a timely manner even with unforeseen problems. The gentleman that worked on my vehicle was an honest, hard-working employee. If my car needs work in the future, I will definitely request him. And best of all, they honored the quote provided to me. How refreshing! I can't say enough about the service I was provided here.
